Super broke immediatelyagain,.,,

While I love the style and wide size, the zipper failed in less than 2 weeks after his wearing the shoes for less than 5 times

Why are so wide. Such a bad experience in each of my purchases.

AFO friendly sizes aren't so friendly after all. There's extra space in the shoe's heel cup that the shape of the ankle opening does not allow the AFO heel into, which makes the AFO slide and wobble. It leads to an astronaut like feeling and making walking and especially going up and down stairs in many ways more difficult than without AFOs on. A properly accommodating shoe needs to match the lines of the AFO.

The braces fit in great and they are super cute. She has worn them for maybe 10 times, less than 30 minutes each time. The zipper on one of the shoes is opening up after it is zipped. It is not staying together and then her foot comes out. It is very unreliable. If it wasn't for the zipper coming apart like it is, I would have rated 5 stars.

Do not purchase these for your son. They are sparkly. I have sent an email about it and got no answer back. My son will not wear these, he told me I bought him girl shoes.

Great looking shoes but they dont last long. My son has had these for about a month anf the bottom is are ripping apart. I wished the shoes were more durable. I only purchase Billy shoes because my son wears 1 AFO brace so i cant afford to buy 2 different sizes shoes. Also not all brands make Wide sizes which is what my son wears on the Right side.

My son wore these only a few times before the zipper broke and it can no longer be used. Even before it broke, we noticed the zippers would start to come undone just from him walking around. He needs his AFOs to walk safely and we rely on these shoes for him to wear his braces daily. The quality of these is so terrible I will not be coming here again unless I have no other option.

These were on clearance but they came with a broken zipper. That shouldn't even be sent to the customer. We rely on these to help our son walk safely because he has to wear his braces.

Zipper at the toe pulled away from the shoe within 1 week of my son wearing them. Great concept, easy to put on over my son's AFOs, but the quality was severely lacking with this pair. Hopefully this was an isolated event.

The laces shredded within 3 wears. The flap under the zipper is also coming apart

We need compensation to be able to purchase another pair. The zipper has came off the shoe and we are unable to zip them. We recieved these not long ago!

Didn't fit our new afo's, even in a wide size! And I can't return!

Sole quality is very poor all have sole quality issue

They fit over my daughter's AFO's, which is great. But we have been wearing them for less than two months and the zipper ripped. The seam where the zipper is sewn on. These are just too expensive to have to buy a new pair every month or two. Such a bummer because the fit was nice.

I bought these shoes for our son who has CP and needed shoes big enough to fit over his braces. We were very excited when we received the shoes, but we onlyhad them for a week and a half when one of the zipper teeth completely broke off. Now the flap can't zip close leaving the shoes useless. It was very disappointing and a complete waste of money! I don't know if we just got Billy shoes that had a defective zipper or something, but maybe Velcro would be a better option than using a zipper.

I purchased these shoes recently for my son who has started wear SMO's. We were excited to find a pair of shoes that would be easy for both us and him. He wore them for no more than 10 hours before the zipper malfunctioned. I immediately contacted customer service. It took a little for 24 hours for a reply. The reply was helpful, but it's now be 6 days and I I still haven't heard back from her on what she needed from me to move forward. At this point I'm horribly disappointed with the product and even more so with the customer service.

These are absolutely huge, it's like putting clown shoes on my toddler. This was the only shoe to fit her SMO's and the braces aren't even that big. But the regular wide didn't work. Just extremely disappointed and can't imagine any child being able to walk in these. Can't return for refund so now I'm stuck.

I got an email staring that the shoes were not found and that I got refunded. I would have liked to get another option since my son requires the Billy shoes.

Too big something wrong with the sizing this can't be kids size

After less than a week of my son wearing these shoes the zipper separated completely from the shoe and they are unwearable. I am extremely disappointed as this is the second time this has happened with a pair of Billy high top shoes.

I was so happy the shoes actually fit over my sons braces. But sadly the zipper has already broken and it hasn't even been a month. We've had other Billy's that were great. I am hoping this was just a fluke.

My daughter loved these but zipper came apart too soon. Working with Billy on replacements.
