They fit awesome over AFO's and it seems the little guy feels steadier wearing the WDR high tops! Only wish is you could make a shoe that's a little dressier for holidays and special occasions.

There are so many choices of colors and low to high tops the zipper makes it easier for my granddaughter to take them off by herself gives her that little bit of independence thank again Billy for you sneakers

Like all the WDR shoes, this looks great, feels great. The lighter colors seem to run slightly larger than the darker, Black to the Floor, styles, but depending on how you like your fit, that should be fine. These shoes feel great with AFOs as well as on your feet. My orthotic inserts fit great in these shoes and the lining feels great against my socked feet. 10/10 again!

These WDR High Tops are amazing, I did however have to order a size bigger for my sons AFOS to fit properly and the fact that they zip on and off is even better. He loves them, I love them and we love that they came in our favorite color red. I will purchase more as he grows. I may even Get myself a pair.

It's a little to big for her, that's perfect for me. So it can last her a little longer. We love it because it goes perfect with her uniforms.

I truly don't think my 6 year old son would be wearing tennis shoes if it weren't for Billy! Thank you truly isn't enough - We are seriously so thankful and blessed for Billy Footwear :pray: :heart:

It fit well with the brace on . My godson wears a 1.5 without the brace. So I got him a 2. A little big but the brace goes on easy.

The shoes are amazing for any person with or without a handicap and our daughter who is handicap loves the capability of being able to put shoes on by herself are all I can say is thank you Billy For a amazing product this is our second pair oh and will continue to purchase as long as we have her size again thank you

These are super easy for my 15 year old with Down Syndrome to put on all of his own. Have bought 2 pairs and will buy more as he needs them.

Love these sporty high tops! We have had several pair of Billy's shoes and these are great for AFOs. We prefer the fabric because it has just a bit of stretch to it.

We have been struggling for 14 years to find wide shoes that will fit over Christian's braces! We absolutely love Billy's Footwear, because of the ease and convenience of the zipper! It's just so easy to put them on! Thank you for great customer service too!

bought it for the wide features as my kid is wearing super huge AFO! This is our 2nd purchase for our son and we love them!! not to mention they are so stylish!

The shoes are amazing. I'd had a few pairs of the low tops for my AFOs, but since I'm using a full length orthotic insert now, Billy shoes have stood up to the challenge. The WDR shoes size 9 are compareble in fit to the mens' 9.5 and both shoes fit my orthotic inserts perfectly and the high top design gives enough support to my ankles. I'm sure that if I have to go back to using my AFOs, the high top (as well as the low top) will do perfectly fine. I work in healthcare and am on my feet a lot, and the Billy sneakers are perfect, in terms of style and comfort. Oh, and the easy on and off zipper means I'm in and out of them in a flash!

Thank you to a company that will allow you to purchase two different sizes of shoes without extra cost. AFO's make it difficult to find shoes that will fit. Billy's shoes fit and fit great. I am hoping you will make more styles in the wide.

Best shoes ever for AFOs

We love them!! They are comfortable and wide enough for my son's braces!

Though we have not worn them quite yet, I am so glad to have found the WDR size shoe. My teenage son wears AFO's, so having the extra width will really fit better and be more comfortable for him. We prefer the high tops too. I just wish I knew of these before. He has Down Syndrome, so I love that he can zip up his own shoes!

Kinley loves to wear dresses and when I saw those camouflage sneakers I decided we would dress them up to make them have a fashion statement. I would say our little model pulled it off.
