Looks good, seems to be true to size. I have a high instep and wider feet (not super wide) and these felt good from day 1. Didn't need to pull out the foot bed to make it wider, but nice to know I have that option. I would say it runs true to size, if not a hair on the wider side.

I bought this pair of shoes to wear with a blue suit for my wedding anniversary. I like the softer heel collar so I can get onto my prosthetic foot. I also like the sneaker bottom.

Very comfortable and waterproof sneaker shoes that are great for informal days and attire. These are an excellent pair of very casual footwear to wear on days when you are wearing comfortable, no frills clothing such as the weekend. Especially on wet and cold days. They do an excellent job keeping the feet warm and dry. Given that they look like sneakers, they can't be worn to business or even business casual environments, unless your office allows sneakers to be worn. Hopefully Johnston and Murphy will eventually make a dressier pair that are also waterproof so that they can be used for the office as well for every day uses.

Very comfortable for walking a few miles. My feet did get hot and a bit damp after walking for a while.

Very comfortable shoes, I will always buy XC4's. Disappointed that they did not come with the bonus laces that I am used to receiving with my purchase.

I love the shoe, but wondering why the laces are so long... When I tie my shoes I have an excessive amount of laces that look terrible, and come untied since there is so much extra hanging out... There is 11" of extra on each side, Is this common, or did mine have the wrong laces when I bought them.

Need a wide

the shoes looks ok , but the paking and delivery was not so good.

Overall, the shoes are extremely comfortable and great looking. My only complaint is that the side on my right shoe dug into my ankle and caused a blister. I like the shoes enough I just put a bandaid on the area the next time I wore them but that was the first time I have had the problem with shoes in a long time.

Larger than true to size. Wish the gray color came with black bottom.

Bought these shoes for my husband , he likes them and says there very comfortable

Nice looking shoe. I buy JM shoes often and have not had this problem before, but these gave me a bad blister the first time I wore them. Hopefully will not be an issue after breaking int.

Pros: Probably the most comfortably shoe I have used for work. I transitioned from Ecco after using their shoes for many years. Nice looking, good overall quality. Easy to maintain. The leather is very resilient and keeps it good appearance through time. Cons: Some of the sections of the sole started to come loose, I glue one back together, it worked. It had me concerned enough not to buy it again. But I still did, maybe with this feedback it can be improved. With that fixed, it would be 5 Stars.

Great looking shoe but only giving 4 stars because I expected that the shoe would be more of a walking shoe. They are very rigid and provide great support all around but heavy and go a little high up to the ankle bone causing some irritation at that point. Perhaps they run about half a size too big.

Good looking shoe that can go casual or "more" dressed up. Unfortunately for me, the M/W sizing does not work. Wide is not wide. And pulling out the insole to make these "wide", just removes some of the padding. If you have a narrow foot, you will love these shoes. If you have a wide foot, I recommend a different shoe.

Break in is hard. I've had for two weeks and the heal is still very still. I love J&M shoes and think they will break with wear.

This was the only pair of 5 that I tried that lived up to the wide fit. I like that it is waterproof as well and is comfortable -- still new so a little stiff but I expect that to change.

Very well built shoe. Very comfortable. The bottom is a bit too shiny like a sneaker but again comfortable.

Took a while to break them in to my feet

It seems your sizing keeps changing. I have purchased 6x pair of this style abs the sizing is inconsistent. If you could qualify control this issue you would win more customers
