returned did not fit, need to offer different widths

Shoe needs more padding on the inside foot bed. Shoe is not comfortable at all, very dissatisfied.

Shoe feels like it is 1/2 size too small.

Wore a hole in the soles after 8 months terrible quality. Would not recommend.

Stamped on the sole with a "genuine leather" stamp, which is one of the lowest grades of leather. Upper is unevenly tanned with streaks of dye in spots. Salt got on the heel when I was walking through water where snow had melted and left discolored dots on the side of the heel. Tried using vinegar and water, and I am unable to remove it. My heel clipped the uppers once while walking, and it put a small tear in the upper. For poorly made shoes though, they fit well.

Shoes squeak so loudly the are unwearable. Returned for replacement, hoping it is a one off issue and not a problem with the design

They squeak loudly every step you take. It's obnoxious

i really like the fit and look of this shoe. However, the comfort insoles squeak when I walk. I tried them on several occasions and different flooring but it is definitely the insoles. I can press it with my finger and it squeaks, especially at the arch. Too bad. This would have been a nice addition to my wardrobe.

I love my shoes! Johnston & Murphy have the best selection of men's shoes and clothing. They've been a favorite of mine for a long time. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

I bought 2 pairs (Burgundy & Navy) they look amazing, Unfortunately the Footbed doesn't have much cushion, and they hurt my feet, I have lots of J&M shoes and this is my First EVER 1 star review... I'm returning the Blue ones since they haven't been worn... too bad I already wore the Burgundy ones and can't take them back for a exchange... I recommend J&M to all my friends... But this show is the Exception. Good looking but not Confortable at all...
