These shoes run small. Most disappointing though was that I called the day I ordered them to check if I could exchange them (since they were a final sale, no return item) if they didn't fit. I was told by a Zappos representative that I could exchange them. Well, I received them, too small, chatted with Zappos to exchange them and was told that wasn't an option. I informed them of what I had been told prior to ordering them, and I was informed that there was no record of my call or conversation with a representative...pretty much called a liar. I later thought that I should have taken a screen shot that I did indeed call Zappos. Really disappointed in Zappos this time.

I ordered a size up as recommended and it’s way too big and really wide. Now I’m stuck with them. They seem like high quality if you are willing to take a risk. Nice support inside.

I love the style of this sneaker. I ordered my regular size and it was way to small. I'm so disappointed on top of that I can't return or exchange them. So I'm out of $35, and no way to get a different sneaker. Buyer beware.

Fits much shorter than the size I ordered. Ordered a 12 and it's very very snug at the toe

The shoes were too tight and too short for the size advertised. The inside seams were very rough.

These would have been nice but they are REALLY small. I ordered a half size up and they are STILL too small. I'm normally a solid women's 8 (and in fact, just returned a pair of shoes that was TOO BIG in a size 8) and ordered the 8.5 women's size. The shoes say size 7 (men's I assume) but my toes are completely scrunched. So weird and disappointing.

Too small don’t buy if it is a final sale. They will not fit
