What is going on with the heel construction in these boots, between a bump under the material and where to material seems are, they are really rough on my heels. Very disappointed

Like the boots a lot but are too tight. Worn for a 2 weeks hoping they would break in but are still too tight. Be sure to order a width more than you normally would. Unfortunately once you wear them you can't return or exchange for a bigger size.

The fit is terrible. They have a seem in the shoe right across my ankles. I wore them for a couple minutes to try and break them in but I started to get sores on my ankles. I never experienced this with any other shoe. I am very disappointed in this shoe. Now that I have worn them what am I to do?

Fit and size were good, however there is an ankle support area that has a hard material that goes into a point on the side, as my ankle moved within the shoes the hard point dug into my foot.

Same as the other one star review, I have a brand new pair of these that sit in the house. The ankle supports digs into my ankles which has caused me to switch boots mid shift every time.

One star review, only because used items keeps being sent to the house. They stated, because the customer claims that the product is unused, they just put it back in stock for the next guy. But, if the customer claims that the product is used, then it is inspected. In my opinion, a product should be inspected every time.

Unwearable, leather inside of ankle cuts through sox and into your skin. I have 4 cuts from the boot. Worst boots ever.

The size was perfect and good problem was the ankle area cut my ankles so bad. At first I thought I just had to break them in. But after about 2 weeks the boots still continued cutting my ankles and back of my heel so bad I had to stop wearing them. They're nice and good boots unfortunately the pair I got were not comfortable one bit.

Zappos sent me a used pair that looked to be worn for several months maybe even years. No insole so I couldn’t test arch support but I tried them with a personal set to check if I like this model. Seemed like a good pair of Timberland Pros. Wife didn’t like the Blue gray and yellow.

Bought these at a local shoe store. They felt great in the store and for the first couple hours at work, but then the upper edges of the heel cups started digging into the under side of my ankles.. by the end of the day my ankles were all cut up. I love Timberland boots. I've been wearing them for many years (factory work) and currently own several pair, but these..... can't even wear them!! Not a fan!!
