I ordered Florsheim Comcs for my 10 year old grandson because he loves to dance like Michael Jackson. When he opened the box, he was disappointed because the shoes came with two different sized shoes in the box. I went to a local Florsheim shoes at the Florida Mall. They told me I should have ordered a 5 not a 5 1/2. I called and talked to someone (Joe) who said he would have the replacement shoes sent to his desk as a size 5 so he could check them first. When I received the replacement email it said the shoes would be size 5.5 so I called to check and spoke with a woman who said that she would go talk to Joe but she didn't see any size 5s available. She said they would include shoe inserts and something else for him and address the box th him (Kygan) and have it to him by Thursday when he was back at my house! He was so excited and immediately put them on even while he was doing his homework! They included two pairs of socks, too! I am thrilled with the service I received and will certainly order his next pair through Florsheim's internet ordering! I wish I remembered the woman's name...Joe B would know!

Just what I ordered and they fit perfectly

Looks very good and serves the purpose of a dressy slip-on. It also seems to be very much a "real Florsheim" shoe, similar to those made when the Florsheim Company was independant and the name stood for quality, and before it's name was abused by tacking it onto all manner of footwear made all over the world in unreliable sizings. The Como's sizing is traditional (not M or W), and an 8E fits well for me, while a 7-1/2 E was too tight in the toe - just needed the longer size.

Consistently good for the many, many years I've been buying the same product. The only fault has been separation of layers of the soles -- which I have fixed by gluing them together on my own.

Easy as pie. No hassle. I've ordered these on line for years.
