The shoes are beautiful. They fit great, too. These shoes don't get a lot of use, perhaps one or two evenings per month, however the soles don't appear to wear well. I've had other quality shoes whose soles hold up much better than these.

Not a top of the line product. If I had it to do over again, I'd spend a little more money and get a better shoe.

I love the way they feel and the way they look, but I think air is trapped in the inner sole causing an intolerable squeak that appeared at day 3.

I have worn Florsheim shoes for a lot of years and always thought they were the best I had worn. Last order first pair was too large after using the size chart on line. Reordered and the soles had not been trimmed or buffed on the edges. The reorder I changed to a different style and they sent the wrong shoes. To their credit they did replace those and shipped them next day. I am happy with these, had planned on ordering a brown pair of a different style but now I'm not sure about that. DI

I previously owned a pair of Pinch Tassel Loafers by Cole Haan and thought Florsheim loafers would be the same. They are not. I was very disappointed in the Como loafer. I sent them back and ordered the Cole Haan. The Cole Haan cost about $50 more, but I think it's worth the money. Sorry, the Como is a good shoe, but I can't recommend them, unless you can be satisfied with something less than the best.

HAVE BEEN BUYING THIS SHOE FOR YEARS, BUT HAVE NOTICE THAT THE QUALTITY OF THE SHOE IS NOT THE SAME . THE UPPER PART OF THE SHOE IS GREAT BUT THE SOLE AND STITCHING DOES NOT SEE TO HOLD UP AS WELL AS THE SOLE DOES NOT SEEM TO HOLD UP AS IT SHOULD.THE GLUE DID NOT HOLD ON THE LAST PAIR OF SHOES THAT I PURCHASE WHICH IN TURN THE SOLE CAME APART FROM THE MAIN PART OF THE SHOE. I FIX THE PROBLEM BY PURCHASING ADVHESIVE AND PLACING CLAMPS ON THE SHOE. THE SOLES ARE WEARING OUT TO QUICKLY.i AM ADVERAGING PURCHASING ABOUT 3 PAIRS A YEAR.. getting VERY DISAPPOINTING AS I AM SURE THAT SOMETHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT maybe CHANGING THE FACTORY OF MANUFACTURING..I have been buying this shoe for years. One more try and that's it.

I have had many pairs of this shoe however this time the size did not fit. Since I ordered the show from via the internet, we will have to go back and forth to get the size/fit correct.

when i ordered the 2 pair of shoes i quoted on live talk, do not send if they are not xxx wide. i have to cut the elasitc on top of shoes to get them on, i have a very high instep,and this spoiles the shape of the shoes. other than that they are a great shoe Ed.

Love the shoes, been wearing for years, they don't last anymore, the quality isn't there anymore. Price is too extremely high

The problem is after purchasing the shoe online,delivery took 5 days, when they arrived they were 1/2 size to big,this is what I ordered. After I paid return shipping,it took 5 days to return there and 5 days to send back to me .I was not pleased with how the shoe sizes ran, this pair was to narrow,it cost me $15.00 each time to return, the cost of the shoe was high enough,I couldn't afford to spend this shipping 2 times,plus the time it took to come back. Before I purchased the shoes online,I had driven many miles to locations where Florsheim shoes were sold, just to gaige the sizes,what I thought was the right size for me,turned out to be way off track, so now I have to settle for a very uncomfortable shoe 9 regular, what I needed was a 9D or the next size wider then regular,again the cost of me paying the return shipping prevented this. This is not the kind of shopping I enjoyed.

I've been buying Florsheim shoes for decades and have been typically quite pleased. My preferred styles have been discontinued and I have had to move on to others. Prior to this last purchase, I noted that my Florsheims wore out very prematurely. Quality and durability are clearly slipping. This latest purchase was not only my worst experience with Florsheim, but also my worst shoe purchasing experience ever. General shoe fit is OK, but the toe box is too tight pinching my big toes. Both shoes squeak noticeably when walking on any type of surface. I will never order this particular style again, and may not order from Florsheim again.

Runs too small, feels too cheap.

Didn,t have them long enough to comment on as they were horrible to try and walk from bed to door.

This is a very good comfortable shoe. I have worn them for years. I could only buy the in the cordovan color because you did not have it in Black in 8 1/2 D!! Had to find it elsewhere! unacceptable!

I have been wearing Florsheim shoes for many years. I wear a 6.5 3 E I have a difficult time finding them. I sent the last two pairs back because they were too narrow. I could only get half of my foot into them.

3 months ago I purchased 2 pairs of Como from the Florsheim Outlet store in San Marcos Texas. I found them very comfortable and I have since ordered 2 more pairs online. Last week I took one of the pairs purchased in the Florsheim Outlet store, to the Austin Shoe Hospital to have sole guards added to prevent the soles from wearing out. I was disappointed when the Austin Shoe Hospital showed me after only wearing them for a short time, the heel guards were almost worn down to the leather part of the heel and needed replacement. Apparently the heel guard material used to manufacture these shoes is not very durable. It certainly wears out prematurely

use shoes mostly for dancing , fit poorly, hurts my big toe. purchased same size and style of Florsheim shoes for many years before, never had such issues before. whats up?

You have lost the formula. This would be the 4th time I ordered the Como style and what a disappointment. A half size too large with a very stiff sole. On the way back to you!
