They fit as tried on, so it's true to fit with decent width and arch. I need arched insoles to help my feet out so they fit better also, it helps if you're someone with high arches.
I'd also recommend:
Mostly Sketchers for low shoes is the only ones I wear (for low like tennis/sneakers).

I have to were shoes that protect my feet in the shop and they also must meet electrical work requirements. These shoes are nice enough to wear out and comfortable but still meet the companies requirements.

They're good and comfortable, but they started coming apart before I'd even had them for a year. That was very strange.

It is a good work shoe but it is on the heavy side. Have to have compost toe for work, otherwise I would wear sneakers which are much lighter and more comfortable.

Alot of the mens archfit styles and colors should be made for women too. I like them better than the ones you make for women. My rating is based on the comfort of the similar women's I have bought. Need more color options.

Unfortunately The shoes were a bit to small for me even though I wear 12. The top of the shoe was right up against my toe, so I could already feel the blister coming :(

I have semi-flat feet. The insoles in these shoes are for people with high arches. I guess you would categorize that as “excellent arch support” but for me it was “horribly uncomfortable way too much arch support” which strangely wasn’t an option I could select. And the insoles stank like a cheap plastic shower curtain fresh out of the bag. I had to move them into a different room; they are that strong. The shoes themselves are okay. I had to experiment with different insoles to find ones that actually work for me because the ones they came with felt like standing on a doorstop. I like the look of the shoes. If I had tried them on in a store I almost certainly would not have bought them, but they are working for me okay now. Not the most comfortable but decent.

Great fit and very light weight. I can barely notice that I have composite shoes on. Could be a little more softer on the front end of the shoe to accommodate to the arch support. Other than that I am very satisfied with these.

I love the shoes,but, the balls of my feet hurt. The first time I wore them, I noticed my feet were bothering me. I thought that it was something else, so I wore them again and I had the same pain.

Use for warehouse work. Good non slip, composite toe keeps me safe from crush. I usually get 12 months out of sketchers work shoes. The interior wears out and falls apart. Still, for the money, the best fitting and comfortable work shoe I have found that acts as a sneaker type, non boot type.
