Very cute sandal. Was disappointed that it seems to run very wide. I have a skinny foot, but not skinny enough for narrow. This, however, was really wide....so much so that I would walk right out of it. So cute though!

I would need a narrow as the straps were too long. A cute sadal, though Unfortunately not available in my size.

Unfortunately, these were a little too tight on my feet.

I really was hoping these sandals would fit. Ordered the narrow, but still was too loose. Had to return. :(

Pretty shoe and a good navy, just didn't match my foot shape well. I appreciate Zappos easy returns.

Cute shoe but too big and heel strap does not adjust enough to compensate. Too bad!

I am usually a size 5, but everything I order with a heel strap is way too loose. The shoes feels sloppy on my feet. when they should feel snug. I am going to have to stick with a slide.

The strap on the front of the ankle has no adjustment capability, thus it fit loose. The rest of the sandal felt true to my size 6M.

I guess my foot is too narrow or flat for this brand. The upper strap circumference is too large for my arch height so my foot slides forward. Nice looking shoe though! Sad it doesn't fit.

These were very cute sandals. Unfortunately - due to a surgery - the strap did not fit correctly around my ankle. I have to send them back,

These were too sparkly more my taste and the fit was poor. The were marked 10N but felt wider, and the straps just didn't hit in the right place. I will be returning.

I wouldn't categorize this shoe as 'arch support' because it doesn't feel like that for me with flat feet and they take a while to get used to. The plus side is that they're pretty cute looking

The fit and size worked for me. I normally wear a 9.5 medium but decided to take a chance on a wide width. It was slightly loose but comfortable. What was NOT comfortable was the foot bed. I like at least a bit of 'cush' in the sole and these have none. I had to think long and hard because they are really cute. In the end, I remembered that I don't wear my uncomfortable cute shoes and decided to return them.

I fit tested this sandal with an invisible arch support inserted and I did not feel secure enough in the fact that my arches would not hurt. I will be returning which is a shame as they are really cute.

Too tight around the toes. The material is rather stiff and the edges of the straps rub.

The top of the sandal rubs my toes, but the shoe is comfortable and cute.

Really cute shoes; however, the fit was loose in the depth. E.G. too much space between the top of my foot and the straps.

I really wished these fit better because I love the color and the dressy design on the top. The adjustable heel strap can't be adjusted small enough to tighten around my heel. The rear strap has a piece of stretchable gore to allow for a taller/thicker foot than mine. Not all people with narrow width feet have thick ones too. There is no arch support and the overall feel is that I don't have a shoe on at all. These go back.

Slippery foot bed felt non supportive. Might have been a little large as well. Low arch did not feel like it would support. very pretty look though

Love the shoes but has when you put the shoe on has a bad area by the ball of the foot. This is on both shoes. If you have another pair that does not have this problem I would like you to send them to me. Otherwise I will need to have a credit. Please let me know. Thank you
