I place these insoles in almost all of my sneakers. The comfort is amazing. These help with the hyperpronation of my ankles.

With these insoles, all of my shoes now support my low back and knees. I'm so glad I purchased them.

With these inserts I can now wear my no-support flats! These inserts do make the shoes fit slightly tight, but worth it!

Size small fits a size 7 perfectly. Although not solve all my probs, does help minor foot pain and now have a pair in every shoe. Even even put in my slip on slippers that I wear around house. They do work also with good front support sling back sandals and stay inside shoe. You don't notice much (if at all) from outside that someone is wearing. I put in all shoes or else notice the difference. Good buy for me and not too big for shoe.

Excellent fit and construction. I would highly recommend this for those who have flat feet.

I purchased these hoping I could wear shoes I had that did not have the proper arch support. So happy with my purchase. I can now wear old shoes I had. They fit in perfectly and give the arch support I need.

This slim fit insole is great in dress shoes or shoes that need a less bulky insole that still provides excellent support. Nice to be able to wear all my regular shoes again and not flare up my plantar fasciitis!

These are great for putting in my cute, but not the most comfy, shoes (ahem, I'm looking at you R*thy's.) They are slim enough to not make my shoes tight. I prefer Vionic shoes these make my other shoes as wearable as Vionics. They do not go all the way to the toe, so there is a slight ridge when they stop, but it's not uncomfortable even after hours of walking.

Great arch support and firs nice with other shoes. I can tell this support will last a long time.

I have a few pairs of these insoles, which fit perfectly into my boots, booties, sneakers, and even my heels, allowing me to wear all the shoes I own from before I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. These are just as good as prescription inserts, if not better, since they are much cheaper to replace (although they hold up for years!). I buy a few pairs at once so I don't have to keep switching them out of my shoes.

This is the second pair of lifts that I have purchased - ..it's always nice to have a spare!! I have shoes in my closet that I haven't been able to wear but when I add these lifts - bingo..I now have a pair of shoes that are comfortable with just the right arch support! I highly recommend these lifts!

This insole was recommended for use with Rothy's flats. The original insole was too thick & caused my foot to be pressed against the top of the shoe causing pain. These are perfect! These insoles are thin but have enough cushion & arch support so that I can wear my flats all day long without any pain. I highly recommend!

Great insole! Narrow enough to fit in a variety of shoes and boots. I have super high arches and diagnosed with plantar fasciitis at age 18. At age 33 I'm so relieved to have finally found shoes and insoles that actually work for me!! I have Vionic sneakers and the women slim fit insoles and love them both! My arches are weirdly high and my water weight really fluctuates so on my pain flare days I add these insoles to my Vionic shoes for mega arch support and it's amaaaazing!! I used to triple stack and glue together Dr Scholls mini arch supports. Vionic is a major life changer for me!!
