The right insert worked well, but I guess my left foot is smaller and the arch hurt my foot. I tried cutting the insert down so the arch will line up better, but my foot is so sore I can't tell if it helped. I only wore them for a few hours as recommended. It's not Vionic's fault my feet are different, but it would help if you could cut them better without getting into a part you shouldn't cut.

I am an 8 1/2. I ordered the large. It was too big to fit in my shoe. I am going to save it for my daughter who is. 9 1/2.

I usually wear a 7 or 71/2 shoe. I purchased the small, which is a 6.5 to 7 size insert for your shoe. The insult was more like an eight to a nine size shoe.

Cheaply made and poor support. I wear orthotics made to order using foot casts and was looking for something similar. These insoles are not it. They are barely better than insoles that come with your shoe.

I bought these for a specific pair of loafers. The insoles fit inside the shoe but my feet don't! I tried the insoles in approximately 12 pairs of shoes and had the same problem. I wear a size 11 and bought the women's large but these are way to big.

The insoles are hard no comfortable

Wanted to love these so badly. Unfortunately I can't get them to fit in any of my shoes because of the night they add makes the shoes way to tight.

I've had these insoles less than a month & they're already worn out. They're in my sneakers that I wear exclusively for waitressing, only worn 1-3 days a week, max 6 hour shifts. By the end of my shift today my feet were in so much pain. I'lll look elsewhere for insoles going forward.

wanted to love but can't these are way too thick and wide and then make the shoe not fit so good bummer
