My arches were sensitive after wearing during walking. Will continue to wear to see if improvement of comfort
occurs.

These insoles were not comfortable and did not give any relief while working my warehouse job.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I previously used the Large size and trimmed the length. The insoles have been redesigned and this is the first time I got the new design in medium which fits my size lengthwise but wow are they narrow. The outside edge of the arch sharply cuts into my falling arch. I don’t like that they are red. The red heel dot on the old ones bled onto my sock and now the whole footbed is red.

These Medium insoles are supposed to fit size 10. I have used the old version of these insoles for many years, always bough Large and trimmed them. The new version in medium are long enough to fit but so narrow. The outer edge of the arch cuts into my foot like a knife. Unfortunately, I assumed they’d be ok since they were the right length and tossed the packaging so now I’m stuck with them. I’m sure the red color will transfer to socks. I hope they redesign these again or bring back the originals.

I was so hoping these orthotic inserts would be good but they are not. They hurt my feet and I can't use them. Money spent, lesson learned.

Not good. The hard surface under the ball of my foot is causing me pain. I’ve never had this problem with insoles before. I’ve never had ball of the foot pain before. I took these out and replaced them with a pair of Orthaheel insoles. Ahhhhh much better

Just bought these and am so disappointed. Went on a 2 mile walk, after replacing my old Vionic inserts with these, and by the end of my walk, my feet were hurting. Please bring back the old style!!!

They run small, but problem is that they are too hard and uncomfortable. I will be returning and probably get others that are comfortable.

i have worn orthaheel/vionic shoes & insoles for decades. but i may have had enough. they have saved me from the pain of plantar fasciitis BUT these active insoles are SO noisy! people stop & look at my feet because of the noise & others outright comment on it. also, it doesn't make sense to me that i would have to buy the insoles when i buy vionic shoes - that the insole that comes with that shoe isn't enough. the combined cost is entirely too high when you have to make the purchase twice a year. while i so appreciate the earlier pain relief, i have to look elsewhere sadly.

Weird that my first review never posted. I excitedly bought the new style thinking they would be better than the original like maybe the arch placement would better fit a woman's foot. I use the original insoles all three styles and I've been happy with them. I put the new active ones in my sneakers while lifting and after 5-10 minutes my feet were hurting so bad I had to rip them out. They're very uncomfortable. The arch seems too high (had to choose 'light' but it's not) and it could also be hitting the wrong part of my foot. I can kind of deal with them for a bit longer for casual walking but definitely not for power walking running or working out. But I should be able to since they're active insoles. I'd rather have the original active insoles not happy with these.

I have a few pairs of the older inserts (all styles) and like them. The active insert arch support isn't perfectly situated but it's been manageable. I bought the new version of the active insert directly from here and put them in my sneakers and I can't stand them. They are very uncomfortable and hurt so much that I can't wear them for more than a few minutes until I rip them out. The arch support is very high too high for me. Please bring back the older version!

I have super flat feet and I thought that I would love these and that they would be perfect for my walking shoes but I was proven wrong. For whatever reason when I would wear these my knees would start to hurt so bad that I couldn't bend them at all. I tried wearing the insoles dozens of times thinking that my feet and legs just needed to get used to the new insoles but the pain just got worse each time. Normally I love Vionic Shoes and even swear by the 3/4 lengths insoles but these didn't work for me.
