Great for my other shoes to make them comfortable.

It's not clear on the website, but the women's active insole is the maximum support insole. The relief insole is medium support. So far so good with the maximum support, women's active insole.

I typically wear a size 7 shoe so I thought the SM6 (6.5-8 W) would work perfectly. Unfortunately these are way too long and at this price I am not willing to trim them. I have learned Amazon has this insole in a smaller size - XS4 (4.5-6 W). I will likely try to get the extra small from Amazon. These insoles do appear to be well made so consider them if you think the sizing will work for you.

Comfortable inserts but run a bit longer and fit higher than expected.

The arch was not fitting on my natural arch -- maybe after I cut the insoles to fit, it made the arch not fit properly. Too late to send them back because I already cut them. No way of knowing until I cut them and put them in my shoes. A waste of money for me.

Very comfortable and very similar to my personable fitted Ortho pair. There's no comparison to what I paid for the ortho and Vionic pair.

I was very excited to receive this item and start using in some of my favorite shoes that I have not been able to wear since getting plantar fasciitis. I did get the ones made more for athletic shoes and hoped it would extend my wear time of my casual sneakers. This is exactly what this product did. I can wear these shoes again without initial pain. I guess, I expected the support to be more, based on the support provided in a flip flop from this company. I basically found these insoles equal or less than the support found in other more prominent insoles availability for the same price range. But, if your buying from this company.I would recommend the insole for dress shoes because they are less common to come by. That will be my next purchase.

The .comfort is great for my feet. I replaced the insoles in my walking shoes. However, the red color of the insole stained my white socks on the first wear. Perhaps a lighter color would not stain as much

When I put these in my athletic shoes they squeak when I walk. I am not able to use them in these shoes.

I really rely on my Tide 2 shoes for the arch support to stop knee pain. I was hoping to create that same solid amount of arch support in my tennis shoes as well as have consistency among my shoes. I felt less support than the other arch supports that I purchased for my tennis shoes previously so unfortunately sent these back.

I bought these insoles three months ago and they have been very comfortable. They extended the life of my shoes. However what I'm finding with all my Vionics is that while they are the most comfortable shoes I own none of them last long. The insoles are already worn out. And the shoes I put them in are also worn thin after only six months. I'm a walker about 25 miles a week so maybe it's expected with shoes these days but when I used to buy Nikes they'd last for years and that was running in them sometimes 30 or more miles a week. So while I love the Vionic fit and comfort level I am disappointed by how quickly they wear out.

I have plantar facitis tarsal tunnel syndrome and sinus tarsi syndrome. I believe that I have arthritis in my feet and toes as well so I'll fitting hard shoes really really hurt my feet. I need very good arch support but also a shock absorbing cushy comfy top. These insoles do not provide that. I am annoyed because I had to cut them down to even try them in my shoes in the first place so I do not feel right returning them. I have to buy some Spenco green cushion insoles to place on top of these to see if I can possibly try to find a way to use them as I feel like I am stuck with them. These do not meet my expectations at all.

No cushion makes these hard to really like. Arch support is good, but compared to other insoles, I don't think I'd buy these again especially at this price. I expected to feel the same comfort as the vionic shoes I own, but I didn't. They're flat and don't offer cushion to make a difference.

Comfortable and seem to do a good job supporting my arch but INCREDIBLY NOISY ! The WORST squeaky shoe noise you can imagine. I feel self-conscious walking in a store or anywhere in public.

I was so hoping these orthotic inserts would be good but they are not. They hurt my feet and I can't use them. Money spent, lesson learned.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Not good. The hard surface under the ball of my foot is causing me pain. I’ve never had this problem with insoles before. I’ve never had ball of the foot pain before. I took these out and replaced them with a pair of Orthaheel insoles. Ahhhhh much better

Just bought these and am so disappointed. Went on a 2 mile walk, after replacing my old Vionic inserts with these, and by the end of my walk, my feet were hurting. Please bring back the old style!!!

They run small, but problem is that they are too hard and uncomfortable. I will be returning and probably get others that are comfortable.

i have worn orthaheel/vionic shoes & insoles for decades. but i may have had enough. they have saved me from the pain of plantar fasciitis BUT these active insoles are SO noisy! people stop & look at my feet because of the noise & others outright comment on it. also, it doesn't make sense to me that i would have to buy the insoles when i buy vionic shoes - that the insole that comes with that shoe isn't enough. the combined cost is entirely too high when you have to make the purchase twice a year. while i so appreciate the earlier pain relief, i have to look elsewhere sadly.

Weird that my first review never posted. I excitedly bought the new style thinking they would be better than the original like maybe the arch placement would better fit a woman's foot. I use the original insoles all three styles and I've been happy with them. I put the new active ones in my sneakers while lifting and after 5-10 minutes my feet were hurting so bad I had to rip them out. They're very uncomfortable. The arch seems too high (had to choose 'light' but it's not) and it could also be hitting the wrong part of my foot. I can kind of deal with them for a bit longer for casual walking but definitely not for power walking running or working out. But I should be able to since they're active insoles. I'd rather have the original active insoles not happy with these.

I have a few pairs of the older inserts (all styles) and like them. The active insert arch support isn't perfectly situated but it's been manageable. I bought the new version of the active insert directly from here and put them in my sneakers and I can't stand them. They are very uncomfortable and hurt so much that I can't wear them for more than a few minutes until I rip them out. The arch support is very high too high for me. Please bring back the older version!
