Good fit. Tapered just right.

I have 2 colors of the previous version and I liked them so well I purchased 2 more colors. The current version is even better. A bit of stretch to make for easier movements. Tacky lining inside the waistband to help keep the shirt tucked in. And somehow the material is oh so much softer. I've never owned a better pair of chinos and probably never will.

Can be dressed up or down. Nice quality.

Good fit and I suspect they will be durable. I have had them a couple of weeks. A little bit heavier than I expected but not so much that it's an issue. I highly recommend them.

Wrinkled fast

Borderline 4/5 star. I was looking for really casual chinos and these perfectly fit that bill. They fit a little more snug than I'd like, unusually slim fit for J&M honestly. But I like them. Just wish they came in a true khaki color like the 5-pockets do. Sand just isn't it, but I like the taupe (I'd get in both colors if they come out with them in khaki).

Fabric is great but style could be little slim for better looks.

Nice pants. Lightweight fabric. The black pair had a longer leg length than the other two pairs.

I ordered two other pairs of pants besides this one, all in the same size. This is a size that I've been buying in other name-brand pants for a couple of years, and other items of clothing that I have purchased from JM were in my usual size (and fit well), so I was fairly confident in the fit. All seemed to be good quality articles, but only one pair (the jeans) fit me well enough to keep. The others - including these Chinos - were too slim to even pull on and I had to return them. I will be re-ordering the next size up and look forward to wearing them, but for anyone reading this, do consider ordering up a size if you have not purchased pants from JM before.

I picked up 3 different colors and they are awesome! There does seem to be variance in the waist even though they are all the same sizes. One set is snug where the other two are not. Still keeping, will order more in the future. Excellent pants for look, feel, and can be dressed up or not.
