Customer Reviews Johnston & Murphy Wool Car Coat with Bib

I purchased the grey car coat and after only a few wears, the fabric is pilling terribly. I regret purchasing this quote and have lost faith in JM products.

Jacket was sent to me rolled up in a ball with the sleeves tied in a knot. It is unwearable due to the creases and wrinkles it sustained in transit due to the Zappos' picker's inability to properly pack an order. I sent it back for a full refund. Jacket is completely unwearable and will have to be thrown away by Zappos. Zappos lost money on the jacket and will also lose a customer if this happens again.

Medium is usually a bit small on me. But not this coat. It's laughably and comically large. Unfortunately also the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Size is a disaster

Wish I could give a solid review on this coat. I ordered almost three weeks ago and Zappos just auto-canceled my order. Disappointing that Zappos couldn’t fix this for me. Usually top notch service. Not this time

Horrible fit, not a Taylored fit as you would think from the picture. Sent in for a return and still waiting on a refund.
