Excellent quality, good price, however the carpenter jeans do run a little bit large. Excellent buy for the money!

I bought these work pants to last everyday of the week. They last a good amount of time. They wear well. They feel comfortable and have plenty of pockets.

Wish one of the side pockets was a bit larger to hold a cell phone.

I wanted these jeans for working outside in my yard and garden.

Great pair of jeans, heavy duty 100% cotton, fantastic fit and finish but had to return because I can't fit my cell phone in the side pocket. If it was 1 inch wider I would have ordered 4 more pair. Breaks my heart that this was the deal breaker. As soon as Dickies decides to put a wider side pocket on I'll order 5 pair immediately. Had to take away 1 star for the side pocket being to narrow.

I bought these for work pants on the farm. They are holding up well and the fit is great compared to others I've tried.

They're missing a left leg pocket, why that is, IDK. Maybe talk to a few tradesmen about their needs. I like the fit, comfortable and not as the warm weather arrived. Expected a lot of sagging from the cotton, I was wrong

Have wore this same style exclusively for many years, have owned dozens of pairs. If there is one thing i would change it would be a larger cell phone pocket. Probably fits a flip phone fine but that's about all.

My son really likes the fit. He's a big guy and finding pants that look great is hard to come by.

good fit in the seat and thighs, unlike some other carpenter jeans. the length is too long by at least an inch, which I have to"roll up" and my wife says it makes me look like a hick. I wish the chambray shirt came in 2x again.

Bought three pair via the web site. The usual color I get is no longer available but, I've found i like the darker color better. Only problem I've found is that one pair seems to have something sharp woven into the material. Im going to wash them and see if it goes away. This is the first time in about 10 years that I've had an issue with my jeans. (About 40 pair) so I'd say that Dickies are really going the distance. Yes, I replace my jeans yearly or as they start to fade. They aren't worn out but, I don't like faded jeans. I will continue to buy Dickies. They hold up really well and wash clean every time. Here's a picture of the problem I'm having with something poking my knee.

I bought several pairs of the Carpenter Jeans and Denims last 25FEB2020 as always to replace my old trusty ones that have since been faded and tattered. I have been a loyal customer of the Dickies Brand since 2005 and I will alway prefer the Carpenter Jeans and Denims due to its really convenient tool pockets on its right leg pant. These are very useful for me to carry my cellphone, pens, calculator, and a small straight edge for my job as an Auditor. As I have mentioned earlier in this review, I bought my Relaxed Fit Carpenter Jeans RNB #1993 on said date and I soon as I received those pants, I took them to the Laundromat to wash all the new Dickies Pants I had just received in the mail. veryon of thos pants came out of the drier perfect with all its parts intacked however the ZIPPER of my Relaxed Fit Carpenter Jeans RNB #1993 broke at about half an inch up from the base of the zipper close to the crotch of the pants. I have NEVER had any pair of pants break its zipper while I dry them in the drier. They mught get a litle faded and wrinkled but nothing I think would cause me to discard any pair. Please, Dickies, if you are reading this, please let me know what option I have. Ufortunately, I do not have the original packing and product tags anymore because I got rid of those when I washed my pants. I hope to hear from you real soon because I know you have my contact information in your files. Thanks and more quality control in the future please!!!

I carry a back pocket holster for my .380 and these pants are the one and only pants with a back pocket big enough for this holster. Perfect. If your back pocket ever got smaller, I would be one sad ex-customer.

Very disappointed in the small side pockets. My older Dickies had a larger side pocket and it was easy to carry my cell phone. The new side pockets are to small.

Not what they used to be.The front belt loops are too close to the button and button hole.Making centering your belt impossible.Dickies rep was outstanding saying they were sending me another pair after I sent him pictures of my other pair.These were slightly better but still close.Manufacturers need to know that you have to put the loops farther enough away so you can put your belt in the center meaning the belt keeper needs enough room so the buckle can be in the center not off to the side.

These are great carpenter pants. I wear them daily and they are very comfortable and last a really long time. The only down side to these are the side pocket... it has gotten smaller than they were a few years ago. Any standard size smart phone barely fits into the pocket and if you have a case... good luck. My solution has been to remove the inside stitch on the left side of the pocket as you look at it. This adds about a 1/4" extra room which is just enough for my Samsung phone w/case.

As a person in the process of losing weight, I wanted a new pair of jeans at a reasonable price as I don't know how long they will be fitting as I keep losing But I must say I like the fit and the quality of Dickies relaxed fit carpenters and can see myself staying with Dickies in the future.

Bought for my husband as we can never find in stores, satisfied some what, see picture of jeans we got, did not return because it would take 2 weeks to get another pair,

I purchased my 4th pair of these type of jeans and have had great luck with materials,stitching, etc.

My husband was disappointed that the carpenter pocket was not wide enough for his phone

I love the pants, however; one feature I don't like. The fitting low on the hips thing. If you have any jeans that set the belt line higher, I can't find them. I may just not be looking hard enough but there you go.
