When I first opened the box open was not sure I liked the color as was the sandstone I liked but finish looked almost glittery. But it was so absolutely comfortable with wide toe box but well fitting heel on my narrow foot I decided to keep them and so glad I did. Have gotten so many compliments and have even worn them to church as can go dressy in comfort

i have worn SAS shoes for years because they come in narrow sizing. This pair was immediately comfortable and has a generous toe box and is very supportive. I plan to wear the shoes on a pending trip to Europe and I look forward to negotiating the cobblestones safely and comfortably..

For a 2-week trip to Europe, I needed a pair of walking shoes that could be dressed up a bit more than running shoes. I have narrow heels, but otherwise normal feet, and I tend to get blisters or foot pain if I walk for any length of time in anything other than athletic shoes. I was hesitant to try SAS, knowing my grandmother wore this brand of shoes as an octogenarian, and I'm only in my 40s. Forget that mindset - these aren't "old lady" shoes. They look ordinary (definitely a better blend-in attempt in Europe than running shoes!), and they were incredibly comfortable. I alternated wearing these along with my running shoes (one day in one pair, next day in the other), and I had absolutely zero foot pain, no rubbing or blisters, no problems. We walked miles everyday, including some uphill/downhill cobblestone walks, some low-grade forest hikes, and these shoes were fantastic. Yes, they're expensive, but they're totally worth it. These are now my go-to walking shoe when I don't want to look like I'm heading to the gym. Highly recommend!

I have terrific problems getting shoes that are comfortable, especially on my arthritic toes. These shoes have been wonderful, and I've worn them quite a bit. I'm 77 years old, and I even had a young man compliment my shoes.

These shoes are so comfortable and the wide toe box is essential for me. I wear 7 1/2 Wide. I am an avid walker and these shoes are a big hit with my feet. I've been wearing SAS shoes for over 30 years and I've worn most of their Athelic shoes. I do use my own orthotics in every shoe I purchase form SAS.

I have small ankles / heels but a wide toe box. I bought the wide width and they work well because the laces allow me to adjust the fit. My only wish is that these came in a vegan material instead of leather. I bought the light color too and it fits the same.

I've been looking for a cute, but comfortable, walking shoe and these are perfect! At first, I thought the toe box was going to be too wide but it's just right. Nice feeling arch. They look great with jeans. I bought the sunstone color and love the glittery look!

Finding a bright cool shoe of any kind in my large, extrawide size has been a challenge my whole adult like. Any metallic color shoe in my size either didn't fit one way or anther or feel apart after a short time. These sneakers are comfortable. Also having owned SAS shoes, which I still have after a number of years, I look forward to wearing them for a long time.

LOVE these gold tennies! It's not easy finding a fun and cute shoe in a non-heel, double wide width--and these fit the bill! So fun. Also fit well, very comfortable and very walkable, just like the white pair I bought.

These shoes are so comfortable! And so attractive and trendy looking (not easy in a 2E width! I got them in white and I'm going to get another pair in gold. Fun, fashion, comfort!

Used to think SAS were only for wear at work onboard an airplane flight attendant. Wore ''em for 37 years. COMFORT ruled! Now I buy for comfort,style AND perfect fit. Just received Women's high Street X lace ups in Sunstoneso fun. I am usually a 9 1/2 medium but SAS 8. 1/2 medium perfect. Have 4 new pair. Try them!

Lots of support for my feet. I have the black pair of these as well. I have 3 joints that are fused in my right foot and a bunion on the left foot. The only part I have to worry about is the bunion! I may have to get that spot stretched out a bit. My feet are not wide at all. I wear the medium width.
