What a disappointment!! I love SAS shoes. They are one of few brands my 8-1/2 WW feet can wear reliably, and I love wearing flip flops. I walk 4 miles a day in their Relaxed sandals. These however, were a total no go. First, they’re only offered in wide, not extra wide. (Why doesn’t anyone make flip flops for wide feet????) Second, the tops are not real leather. As a result, they are not smooth and comfortable; they chafe. The post between the toes was too short. And, the styling was just kind of a weird, sparkly mess. Returned them. Hoping some manufacturer will come to their senses sometime soon and make some comfortable, wide flip flops!!

Unfortunately, I am having to return these. Although they were cute, they were a little short in size and were stiff and quite uncomfortable.

The toe post really hurt my feet. Had to return. The rest of the shoe was very comfortable.

Love, love, love these sandals. All day comfort. Wish there were more colors! I ordered the other color too because I like them so much. Great price also.

The shoe I wanted was not available in my usual width - medium - so I tried the Wide shoe. Did not fit me. Correct size would have been fine but I have to return these. Thanks Zappos.

These turned out to be better than I thought after reading previous reviews.. I warmed them in the sun for a bit before wearing them and that helped mold them to my feet. I'm happy with them.

I agree with another reviewer who said that these flip flops are a bit tight over the instep, especially if you have high arches like me. However, the SAS footbed is one of the only ones I can wear without orthotics so I persisted and now feel comfortable after two weeks of wear. The first time I've been able to wear flip flops in ten years since my chronic plantar fasciitis started. Expensive but the footbed allows me to be so much more active. Molds to my high arches similar to Birks. Love the style and wear these every day around the house. Could wear them outside but don't want to ruin them yet!
