Toe box was fine. Mid to heel area was waay too wide.

Toe box was great. Mid area back to heel was way to wide. None of my usual pads & such could make it fit. Disappointed. REALLY liked them!

I think these are very comfortable and lightweight. They also seem to run very large. I returned them because they were too large and I could not decide if they looked nice with the outfit I was working on. They look very modern and did seem to keep my feet nice and level (no noticeable heel) which would likely be good for anyone with back issues like mine. If you order them consider ordering a full size smaller.

I bought these to use while doing lots of walking while traveling. haven't really tried them out yet. Had to order a half size smaller than I normally wear.

They were very nice but I went by the review of someone and ordered a half size larger. Not necessary so had to return them

Style looked clunky. The comfort was good. Can’t wear it with skinny pants as the shoe looks a bit unstylish. If anyone wants just comfort to for it !

Larger than expected. I ordered a half size down as recommended and I was still swimming in the shoe. Wide toe.

The size is true to fit and comfortable to walk in but shoe appears little wider and the inside left sole kept coming out while walking so I had to glue it which didn't fix properly and so appears the quality not good for the price I paid

Its not the best looking shoe as it felt wider than marked but quite comfortable. The problem is the inside sole lining (the left one ) would wrinkle up and came out after only a month of wearing it. I tried gluing it but didn't do a good job fixing it.

For a wider foot than mine, these are probably fine. On me, they were clunky.

great shoe but my arch is so hign with added swollenness, cannot get this shoe on

The toe box was excellent, but the back end was way too wide & none of my 'inserts' could make it fit right. LOVED the shoe & was disappointed...but I'lll always keep checking Zappos!! :)

9.5 Wide was WAY too big! Even for me - and I usually get 1/2 size larger to accommodate my own arch support inserts. For casual day wear or around the house, I think they'll be great. Going to try them in a 1/2 size smaller.

It's a cute shoe, but so big! I ordered a half size smaller based on other reviews, but should have gone down a full size. With insoles, I could make the front half of the shoe fit comfortably, but the heels still slipped. There was some buckling/gaps along the side as well. These will have to be returned.

This shoe is HUGE. I ordered a half size down based upon comments and it is still gigantic. It's too bad as it could have been a great travel shoe.

I normally wear a 6.5 and I have tried this shoe in 3 different sizes. I'm waiting on the 5.5W to come today. It just runs very big for me. I love the look & feel of the shoe and I'm traveling out of country soon. I want this as my walking shoe!!

Wow, these run big! They were a bit frumpy but seemed like they'd be very comfortable...in the right size.

I don’t know who could wear these shoes. Some positives: they felt well made, and the soles were solid and comfortable. They seemed like they would be great slip-ons for running errands. However, they were grossly mis-sized. I have really wide feet, and I usually wear anywhere between an 8-1/2 and a 10, depending on the manufacturer. I had to buy three different pairs before I found a pair, at 7-1/2!, that came remotely close to fitting. Even though these fit in the toe area, and the length was correct, the heals were so loose there was no way to keep them on when I walked. In addition, the backs rubbed my heals and ankles bones in a way that made me think they were going to cause blisters. Back they go, and the search continues.

The shoe is very attractive and I loved the color. Unfortunately the size wasn’t right. The toe box was nicely rounded. But the heel was like a wide instead of a medium. A medium 11 shouldn’t be wider just because its a bigger size. I am finding that manufacturers don’t follow a standard anymore when it comes to length and width. I can never rely on them, except in some shoes, such as Merrell.

Poor fit

My feet were swimming in this, and I normally take a size 12. The 12 they sent was extra wide and too big

the insert was the wrong size - someone must have taken it out.
