The first pair came without the insole. I returned and reordered. The shoe fit perfectly and is extremely comfortable. I use orthotics with high arches. They fit in this shoe perfectly. The second pair came with insole, extra inserts and a shoe horn

I really like these shoes! The style may be a bit bulky for some people but at 5’6” they are great for me! Shoes are very comfortable. I normally wear a 9 but the 8.5 fit me perfect. They are very quiet when walking in them unlike another brand that I purchased and returned. Two thumbs up from me!

Finally a shoe that fits! I had been wearing the Hush Puppies Mall Walkers only to find out when I went to buy another pair that they stopped making them! I tried and Glen's and Gus's to no avail. I ended up ordering this shoe brand totally blind as it was one of the only oxfords available in 14 4E (which if you've got big feet like me; you know it's hard to shop for big shoes, especially during covid). I have to say though, the moment I slipped them on I knew they were keepers. They even included free optional gel inserts that are really comfortable. Overall a surprisingly good buy that I'm very happy with so far.

Tried on and returned immediately because they were too big. Therefore I can't accurately assess the quality or comfort. Also they weren't very attractive--we were looking for dress shoes and these were a little too "old man" for my partner. The quality seemed to be good though, they felt like nice leather and nice cushion.

Via Anodyne’s own website, this shoe is strictly a diabetic shoe. If you need that, it’s a great shoe. But if you need a highly supportive, walking / office shoe, it’s not so good. By it nature, it has a very wobbly outsole.

Width was good but shoes were too long

Very nice shoe. I've had many long walks in it. Looks good, fits well. Comfortable. My arch is low, and this provides the right amount of support for me.

I ordered these for my husband because he was insisting on wearing his yucky black tennis shoes to work. He's on his feet all day and is a professional. These fit perfectly in length and width, according to the size he normally wears. The real test was wearing them to work for a day to see how they felt. He is very pleased and said they are as comfortable as tennis shoes. I'm happy because now he looks so much nicer for work!

These are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I didn’t know who Anodyne was but they manufacture orthopedic shoes and they are just what I needed after having broken both of my feet (separate times) years ago. These are now my go to brand forever.

I'm somewhat fortunate not to have any foot issues, but have a wide foot and high instep. So I'm always on the look out for something comfortable that is not a sneaker or "klunky". These fit the bill as very wide, great comfort, and comes with multiple inserts. Probably won't make an appearance on the red carpet, but still nice style. I'd recommend trying.

Shoes really are a whole width wider than advertised. So if you are just a normal wide, order a regular.

I wore these shoes most days for a year. Very comfortable, and looked good the whole time. The surface padding inside around the heel finally wore out, exposing hard plastic underneath, and making them uncomfortable to wear, even though they still look good on the outside and the sole is still in good shape. So I'll order another pair.

Style was old school but I have very wide feet and required lace up shoes.

It's comfortable. But I don't like the style.
