This shoe fit perfectly right out of the box. My feet are two different widths and I have to wear an insert in my left shoe. The right shoe, wide foot, fit perfectly. The left shoe, with the insert, also fit perfectly. This shoe is very stylish and well made and I believe I will have a long love affair with this pair of shoes.

Exactly what we needed -- so difficult to find ANY shoes in 14 extra wide, let alone a choice that works as a comfortable AND stylish dress shoe. Thrilled to find this brand and style. Definitely will keep in mind for future purchases.

The size and fit are great. The construction quality is impressive. I returned this pair of shoes for another more casual pair of Anodynes.

I ordered 3 new pairs of shoes all with a Velcro strap instead of laces. Of the 3 pair the Anodyne shoe was heads above the other 2 well known brands. It was immediately comfortable, roomy (I have a wide right foot - left narrow due to illness). I put my shoe insert into the left shoe and felt like a million dollars with a beautiful new pair of shoes. Quality, Quality, Quality - Great look, Great look. I returned the other 2 pair and ordered this same shoe in black with the exact same results when putting them on for the 1st time. I know they are expensive, but I don’t buy new shoes often, and with care, these Anodyne shoes should give me many years of comfort.

These shoes are amazing! They are professional looking dress shoes and the Velcro makes them easy to get on and off. They are comfortable and feel great!

It was a perfect fit for my husband who is a true 4E...There was enough room and he was very happy with everything - fit, color, material, comfort.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have purchased in a long time. They fit perfectly and have room for me to put in arch support for my left foot. They are very stylish, I have tan and black, and can be worn as a dress shoe or casual shoe. I am very happy to have them. I just ordered a 3rd pair of Anodyne shoes a lot more casual, double-depth sport jogger, and am really looking forward to receiving them. If you want quality, comfort, and style, you should be wearing Anodyne.

Very comfy, but the look is quite dorky - can wear only with long pants.
