Okay, so there are things I love about this product and one main thing that I do not like. First off, I was very impressed with the fabric. It is soft and comfortable. I always go for the stretch fabric because I am very active and want support. Just for reference. I am 6'1", 180 and take a size 32" pants. I received the size medium in the product. If I were to purchase it again, I would go with a small. I love the fabric, as I have said, and the product is supportive to an extent. The "pocket" is very comfortable and breathable. Love the tagless design. I have only one con for this product and it is one that a lot of underwear has for some reason. I think there wmis way too much fabric between the pocket and the elastic waist band. If I pull it up enough to be supportive (it is advertised as a supportive pocket) the waist band is way too high, like over my belly button and I'm not a small guy. In order to wear it comfortably, I have to fold the waist band over once. It is high quality fabric and fit on everything except how high the waist band goes up. That part makes no sense to me. I would recommend to a friend, but I would explain the fit first. Wish they would fix that one con.

I know I may contributing to this problem, but it seems that no matter how hard I try to make sure I purchase exactly the same product, the new one will be slightly different, usually in that the elastic is tighter and the waist less comfortable. This was no exception. I bought 3 different types of underwear a few months ago, determined which I liked best, ordered more of those and the new ones were not as comfortable, due to the elastic problem.

Almost like compression shorts. Wouldn't wear all day, but good for work outs or for a bike ride.

I bought these a while ago at a local retailer. I don't usually purchase Hanes undergarments, but I had been looking for an alternative to overpriced "pouch" style boxers for a while, and hoped these might suffice. They failed miserably. A more minor issue is that they run a bit smaller than other brands. Maybe you could account for this by purchasing a larger size. The bigger issue for me was the "Total Support Pouch" design, which is anything but "total support." I look for the pouch design, because the pouch keeps things in place. I would like the pouch to keep everything in place, as the "total support" in the trademarked name would imply. It most certainly does not. Because of the way the pouch is designed, certain things are always left free to try to wander down your leg, somewhat, which is uncomfortable. So, if you want EVERYTHING kept under control, and in place, I would recommend another brand. I might have returned these to the store, but I never feel right returning undergarments that I've worn, even once, so I guess I just have to eat that cost, and consider it the price of knowledge. Hopefully it helps someone else.

Not good. Size isn't close legs and waist rolls up. Need to go back to the drawing board....

I found out I am allergic to whatever modal is. I wore a pair to work, got home and stripped. Noticed a reaction on my thighs that was mildly itchy. I set the 6 pairs aside and wore the others I bought at the same time. The rash went away after 2 days. I am actually curious if I may return the 2 3-packs I purchased. In all honesty they have been laundered. Please let me know.
