Customer Reviews Hanes Dyed Tank (Black/Grey)

I had got these tank tops in Gray and Black. The good thing is that they are tagless. The not so good thing is being concerned that everytime I wash it the info on the tag such as size and ect would fade out. It's a long tank top and fits kind of snug. I wish it was more wider and wouldn't shrink in the dryer. I like the colors. I also wish that it had a relaxed loose fit rather than a tighter one. I would consider getting more of these if it fit in a comfortable form fitting way.

These tanks are okay. A little small being a 'large'. They have a good feel to them. Fabric is stretchy. Colors are okay - grey and black. I don't know that I would pay for them as they aren't something that I would normally purchase.

I got these for my husband to have some tanks for under button down shirts. His review is the following: he liked the feel of the tank but they were just too long. When he put on the tank, the swoop was way too low, and the bottom of the tank was halfway down his butt, without it really being stretched out. My husband did say he is in between a medium and a large size at this point in time, so he wondered if maybe a medium size would have been better. Again, he loved the feel of the fabric, it just didn't work out on the length.

The fabric quality has gone downhill. They're thinner, flimsy, too stretchy and clingy to the body. I liked the old style with no hem, just a stitching to prevent fraying. Ugh, why do they have to change a good thing.

Rough thin fabric not worth it

I was very disappointed with the undershirts (tanks). The very first time I put them in the dryer, the stitching on one of them unravelled entirely. This was quite unexpected, considering my experience with previous Hanes products. I plan to return this product and I hope that this experience will not be repeated with my other Hanes purchases.
