Second pair of carpenter shorts. Lost a bit of weight so went to Wrangler on line to buy a new size. Perfect fit. Room in the rear! Not too long. Just plain comfortable. Side pocket fits the I Phone with (protective cover). My go to shorts now that it is Spring.

Seem to get loose the longer you have them on

They are fine except I wish you still had the watch pocket above the right front pocket

I'd like to say I love them but they are dramatically smaller than shorts made from a different fabric. I ordered three pairs of carpenter shorts - all of different colors and fabrics. The denim styles fit fine but this grey one was way too small. Ordered a larger size but again too small. Sent these back to exchange for larger size. What a hassle.

I like them

Hard to find. Good fit, nice feeling denim, and no stretchy fabric (a good thing, I don't like stretchy fabric.) I have been wearing these shorts for the last 15+ years. Please do not discontinue unless you have something better at a similar price. Rear left pocket is the weakest point. Failure always starts there, every time.

Great shorts, look good, comfortable and durable.

I ordered jeans, these shorts, another pair of shorts & jeans shorts. They were all a 40 waist. The jeans shorts were perfect. The jeans were too big ( both pair). The 2pair of cloth shorts were too tight. So evidently 40 waist means very little. Otherwise, they are well-made & a good value. But they have to cone back. The next size up would be huge.

Like the deep rear pockets and semi slashed front pockets. Dislike that Wrangler discontinued the denim Pleated Angler Shorts with side elastic that I wore daily for at least 15 years , would buy 10 pairs right now if they were made available again

Quality not up to historical Wrangler standards. Cost $8 to return.

I buy many different brands of pants and shorts, usually loose fit 42". These are not 42" loose fit, more 40" loose fit.

Ordered these shorts several weeks ago when they arrived the shorts were too tight. Never had a problem with size or fit before??? Can not find them in stores and the quality has gone down hill.

So tight I can't get them on
