These suspenders are working just fine. The clips--which were criticized in earlier reviews--are NOT plastic but metal and are very secure. Suspenders are supposed to clip securely, so they may be a bit difficult to adjust to your exact height, but mine are now adjusted well and holding through lots of movement.

I bought the tan suspenders. They are certainly nice enough for church and sturdy enough for work. Clasps are of good quality and stay in place all day. Straps are also of good quality, not flimsy material. These will last a lifetime. AAA+++

I husband has a hard time keeping pants up. With a flat backside and a big belly most pants end up on the floor! Belts don't cut it. He was concerned about wearing uniform pants at work. There was no where to put suspenders. His work ok'd him wear Dickies to work instead of the one provided. When I ordered I looked to see if suspenders were also sold; thought they may work better being from the same company. Hubby was skeptical about trying them, but he gave me a big smile when I asked him how they worked at work! Loved them and they worked perfectly. I'm ordering two more sets today for when needed.
