I'm 6-3 190 pounds and purchased the "Large Tall" size. I have a 34" waist and I could have probably been safe with a Medium Tall, but I wanted more room for bulky snow clothes.

The only ones I will buy anymore. Better than ask other brands. I like the full length side zips as I can can put them on and take them off without removing my boots. The chest pockets are perfect for my phone and wallet. Warm and durable. My first pair is still going strong after 6 years!

well complete over all workmanship they move with you. do not bunch and pinch in all areas very comfortable and warm they held out the -44* windchill worked in that temp for 4 hrs also blowing snow
