You guys should consider a model with some added features like side zipper vents to dump heat while hiking and internal pockets for knee pads, maybe even a DWR treatment. Myself and many others use these as an all around hunting pant and those features would be very value added to compete with more expensive options like Sitka, Kuiu, or First Lite.

I work in a the audiovisual industry. Sometimes I'm at a construction site, other times I'm in a corporate setting where I'm in slacks and a button down with a blazer. These utility pants are such a perfect mixture. I can wear a button down and tuck it in with nice shoes or I can put my boots and a t shirt on and go to work. I just bought a second pair and I'll probably end up with one or two more. Good job wrangler team!

I really like the fit and finish of these pants. The synthetic material is light and stretches in the right places. Great for hiking and general outdoor activities without being too hot. And it dries quickly.
One caveat - you may need to order one size smaller than you normally wear. I am usually a 36 waist but in these pants I needed a 34.

I wear these daily- several pair. Casual, with a sport coat, hiking, travel, to a meeting, under a jacket, walking the dog, riding. Just a versatile and comfortable product in every way.

Just bought my second pair of ATG flex pants. I'm a "senior citizen" who wants comfort and style in a non skinny, sits at the waist, pair of pants. Wrangler hit the mark on these pants in all areas. Super comfortable to wear. The good - comfortable and easy to slip on. Packable for trips. Nice unobtrusive side zip pocket. Now, the criticism - I believe your price point is too high. Your rear pockets are too big and need some kind of hook and loop closure or button for wallet safety purposes (yes, I am old). You side pockets should be deeper for large iPhones. I'd like a few more color choices, the tan/brown palette dominates. I had to return my last order because I ordered too large a waist and it was easy as pie. Got the correct size in a matter of days. If you are doing similar cargo shorts I'm in. ACM

Quite possibly the most comfortable pants I've owned! I had bought the All Terrain Gear shorts a year or more ago and loved wearing them. I went online to order a couple more pairs of the shorts and noticed I can buy them in pants too, so I bought several pairs of those as well as more shorts. I haven't regretted one second of that decision! So far, they have ALL held up very well, including the original shorts I bought.

I looked a long time for reliable, inexpensive, well-fitting travel/hiking pants that have strong technical features but don't have too much of a "technical look." By that I mean I didn't want big flapped cargo pockets, zip-off legs, or logos all over the pants. I need pants I can wear for gardening or a strenuous hike but also pack for travel and wear out on vacation without standing out or looking too baggy. They need to have a little stretch, and be quick dry for hand-washing on the road. These Wrangler ATG pants fit the bill. They dry quickly, have a good look to them, and have been highly functional. The one zipper pocket is the only thing that screams "utility pants," but the zipper is relatively hidden and doesn't stand out too much when it's zipped. I rarely use that pocket but it's functional -- it will hold a phone close to your thigh without dangling down to the knee (that would be a deal breaker). The other pockets are open -- no zippers or fasteners -- but the front pockets are fairly tight and stretchy and I usually keep my phone in there. The pants aren't perfect. I'd like a slightly narrower waistband (the waist flairs a little), and slightly lower rise to the waist. That would be more flattering. These ATGs come in very specific sizes/lengths, so you should be able to find a fit that works for you. Don't order too big of a size. I'm 5' 9 1/2" tall and weigh 165 pounds, with a 32-33" waist and 31" inseam. I ordered the 32"W/30"L and the fit was pretty good across the board -- just a little big in the waist due to the stretch fabric. It was the right size for me. Not loose. Just stretchy. They hold up fine without a belt, but you wouldn't want to tuck in a shirt without a belt because of the stretchiness of the waist. I own them in black and blue as well as "morel" and "bungee cord". The last two are almost identical. I'm not a fan of the blue, but the black ones dress up nicely when traveling.

Very comfortable. I've actually slipped off my sport coat and button down shirt to hop on for a thirty mile bike ride. These pants do it all!
They seem to be sized a little large in the waste, so if you have doubts, size down.
People ask me about them all the time. Took six pair for a week long trip to India. Flew, partied, attended a wedding, hiked, and rode motorcycles...all in ATG trousers!
(I hope they don't quit making them...I'm losing weight!)

I am retired military. I work part time in Security. This pant is perfect for me as i live in Fla. The light weight and and utility are perfect for my job. I buy this pant for a reason that other brands over look. The good size "watch pocket" Other brands (if they even have a watch pocket) mistreat the pocket like a small pocket would only carry a small watch.I treat this pocket like my life may depend on it...Thank you so much....

I wear these pants for everyday use. You can dress them up or wear as casual pants. I have 5 different pairs and have not found better quality for the price.

I bought 3 pairs of these after my first pair was SO wonderful. I love the side zip pocket by the knee for my phone. The fabric is an awesome stretchy tech type fabric. The black can be dressy or casual.

These pants run large. I am a 40X32 and ordered 3 pair of these last year. I haven't been able to wear them because they just look huge on me. I went ahead and ordered a 38X30 and the fit was spot on. Would have been nice to know that going into the first purchase when every other pair of different styles fit true to size. I love the pants and regret that I won't be able to wear the other three pair that I have. Will keep ordering from Wrangler for a long time to come. They have unique styles and great quality.

I switched to this style of pants 4 years ago mainly because the crotch would always rip on regular jeans. Never had that problem with these and they hold up great. Very comfortable
