At least 1cm between back of shoe & heel despite being my normal shoe size.

I sent them back because the soles of the shoe is made of a hard plastic instead of rubber. They didnt really grip the floor and I felt like I would slip. Not a good thing for a comfortable, walking shoe. I bought a pair from Sketchers a few years ago that I love. They look similar to these and I thought they would be the same or at least have the same type of sole. I guess Sketchers quality has gone down.

Product no use to me as it was too big

I always buy size 6.5 wide at the Sketcher's store in Tucson. Since the covid-19 shutdown I decided to buy online thinking that since I knew the correct size it would be alright. When I received the shoes and put them on they were huge. I checked the inside to see what size had been sent. They were marked 6.5wide, but they were more like size 7.5 super wide. I measured them against the other pair I have that are 6.5 wide and it is obvious, these shoes were mis-marked by the manufacturer. Since there was no invoice included, I cannot return them so I have donated them. I will never buy another pair of sketchers online. They were too expensive to buy and then not be able to wear or return.

In the store, both the Sales person and I could see that the left shoe was shaped differently. Not wide. Was hoping that that would not be the case with the mail order. But it seems the whole batch made incorrectly.

Was looking forward to wearing these for work. I work in an office but I do a fair amount of walking. The cushioning doesn't seem to go all the way to the edge of the shoe. Also, the footbed is very stiff. Unfortunately I wore them to work once, hoping they would break in, and they got worse through the day and now I don't think I can return them.

Last year I bought this same style in Navy and they fit perfectly. This year I bought them in gray, and again, perfect fit. I then bought a total of four pairs in black and Not One Fit. They were ALL waaaay to large - so large I walked out of them. I don't know why the sizing is so messed up but it takes so long to receive credit after shipping them back that I've given up entirely. (Oh, and when I mailed the last two pairs back I only got credited for one pair so now am having a prolonged email conversation to see why they haven't credited me for the second pair.) Very frustrating..

The material rub at the heel. I've tried everything to make them more comfortable, but I cannot wear them

I found these to be stylish but when I put one on my biggest foot, I found that the heel rubbed and I didn't need this walking in WDW for hours at a time....I love wearing Skechers, but this was not comfortable for me!

Shoes rubbed my heels till they bled only walked in them for no more than 10 minutes

Style is great for weekend wear. The size and width are just right. The problem is the actual design of the shoe, the back curves towards your archiles and rubs the back of you raw. It's stiff and not flexible back there and socks don't make a differences.

I don't understand why a size 8 isn't always a size 8 in shoes. An inch should be an inch. I wear a solid size 8 in all Sketcher shoes, except these. I returned them because they were too big, a half size too big. I didn't exchange because I didn't care for the design once I had them in hand.

The shoes needs to be broken into. It was tight when I first wore it. Will return it.

Very sad about the fit of these. I am generally a 10-11 depending on the shoe so I got these in a 10 wide and they are WAY too big, my feet slip right out of them. Very disappointed as I am traveling next month and don't have time to order another pair.

Thought they would have a softer sole...not!

Have size Skechers that are 11"s that fit perfectly but these were way too big for me.
