Very cute but absolutely no support for the sides of your feet. Made my feet look twice as wide, so not flattering at all.

Shoe should have arch support. Material is good, very soft and flexible, good for someone who get sawalon fit.

These are very cute. But, there is little or no support. The sole is so thin you can feel everything as you walk. I don't think they'll hold up for long. But while they last. They are cute. Probably wouldn't order them again.

I was disappointed in the quality of the shoe. For the price, I expected better. The sole of the shoe is very thin. I feel like I'm wearing slippers and walking with bare feet. The only positive was although they seemed very pointy at the toes, they did expand when I put them on. However, I don't feel the shoe is worth more than $20.

I wore these only once with a dress. I'm 71 years old so I no longer wear high heals. They look very nice but there is no arch support. Since I bought them online I didn't realize it. I have just purchased a pair of insoles with arch support so hoping it helps, otherwise they are useless to me.

I needed to return them. I said they are true to width but because I have wide feet they were too narrow. I can often order a half size up and be okay with a "B" width but not so with these shoes. The other issue is the tab on the back of the left shoe was not smooth and it rubbed on my heel in the very short time I had them on. Shoes are really cute and I would have loved them if they came in wide (and fixed their quality control on the rubbing tab).
I'd also recommend:
LifeStride or Tom's (Tom's doesn't have many wides)

I ordered these for casual wear, but they were way to big. I ordered a wide because the pointed toe sketchers are always to narrow, these were not. I returned them and will not reorder because I would rather try them on to find the correct size but they are not carried in store.

The shoes are cute but the heel is made strange. There is a wide heel and the heel has an extra bagginess at the back of the heel. I returned them. I wanted these shoes for a long time but sadly fit odd. Skechers needs to make MORE wide-width flats.

I had wanted these shoes for a long time and used a birthday coupon to get them. The heels are too wide and don't fit so they slip, they are also made funny, where the heel pushes back away from the bottom of your heel. Returning these, Sketchers rarely has wide-width flats so I was very disappointed in these shoes,
