I wanted to love these. I purchased them to replace a pair of beige Softwalk ballet flats from 2014 I had to throw away, I bought the color luggage and loved the warm brown. But the top of the toe box was far too high on the foot so every time you STEP it rubbed! If they had just cut the oval half an inch deeper they would’ve been perfect- the sole was cushiony and they looked dressy enough for work. I returned them and am still searching for those perfect pair of warm toned ballet flats for when black won’t due.

Very pretty shoe and well constructed. But the fit was off. I normally wear a 7WW, but this shoe was too short and too narrow. I don’t think going up half a size would work.

Cute ballet flats - hard to find in these extra wide sizes. If these "break-in" nicely, will definitely order additional pairs. Packaging: Mostly paper and cardboard, but there were several pieces of foam that are destined for the landfill.

Super cute but felt like my foot being squeezed length wise.

I wear a narrow shoe size and it's becoming more difficult to find a good-fitting comfortable shoe. I ordered a pair of SoftWalk oxfords this past winter and they were incredibly comfortable so I was pleased to see I had a choice of 3 different flats but when the first pair arrived my foot kept coming oout of the shoes because the heel was not narrow enough for my foot. The second pair, a ballet flat was sitting on the bone and it didn't take me long to realize they were too painful to wear. I almost canceled the third pair because of my bad luck with the flat SoftWalks but surprisingly the third pair arrived the next day, a Sunday no less, and the third pair fit perfectly - it was also a ballet flat but it come up higher on my foot than the second pair and I've already had them on all day without any problems. So I've now added SoftWalk to my list of shoes to buy.

Great material and great feel when I first wore them for about 3 hours. Then later in the week I had a long day and decided with the comfort I felt on day one, I would wear them again. I had huge blisters on my heels! (And yes, I wore nylon shoe liners). It was horrible and I had difficulty walking to help with the funeral at church, but sadly could not change my shoes at all. Blisters still very sore, wore mule shoes all day so as not to exacerbate the issue.

I wore the shoes for 15ins and the back heal ripped both of my ankles with blisters. Very very painful. I will not wear these with any walking, so soft walk should also apply to the design. I would like to return but they are worn.

These flats are a little short - went up a half size and they're perfect. Leather is soft and shoe is super comfortable.

The toe box was tight at first, but I knew it would adapt as a leather shoe! I love the look and feel of these shoes and expect I'll love them for years to come!

I really wanted to like these shoes. Tried them on in an 9W and they felt too narrow in the toe box. I have wide feet so figured I needed a size wider. So, I exchanged for a 9WW and now the toe box felt great but they felt too loose overall. The red color is lovely and I might try this brand again in the future, but then I'd probably give the 8.5WW a go to see if it fits like a 9W would normally fit on me.

I liked the quality of leather and the style, but the toe box was too shallow to accommodate my thick feet. Returning them. I opted for SoftWalk Sonoma which is very similar in style, but comes with much roomier toe box.

There is not enough height in the big toe area, when you wear them for an hour you have to take them off. It pinches the big toe. I tried to give it time to stretch out but I can't wear them. It might just be my toe and not the shoe but I can't wear them.

This shoe runs smaller as a WW. Not true to size

This shoe was way too small, although it said it was 8.5. I had to order a 9 to have it fit. I am an 8.5 in all other shoe brands, so it was a surprise.

The fit was either too large or too wide. Would have to try one of each to determine. The toe is more rounded than pointed. I prefer the pointed ballet style. It looks more like a grannie shoe. It would be sooo comfy to wear all day.

Shoe just did not fit correctly. It gapped when walking and slipped off heel.

Cute shoes. They look great with jeans and with skirts!

Shoe were high quality and seemed to have some support but returning because they seem short in length. Need half size up

Shoes are beautiful, but run small.

Worn them to a wedding and feet felt wonderful.

Fit great. A little stiff. Hopefully they'll break in quickly. Love the felt material and the grey color.

I owned this shoe, bought a couple of years ago, and wore it out. The old shoe was an 8.5 - I always wear an 8-8.5. I had to order a 9 in this shoe. The fit is shorter than when I bought my prior shoe. The new bigger shoe is great.
