I bought these to wear for the Alta Via 1 Trek in Italy. I couldn't be happier with the comfort and durability. 9 days, 75+ miles with no blisters or hot spots! I used them with the Injinji hiking socks with liners.

Put in two back to back 8 mile hikes (8k total elevation) in with these and they feel like a dream! Roomy toe box, feet stayed cool and dry! Especially important as I crossed several snow banks with them, feet stayed dry and no slipping due to the tread. I also have owned 5 different pairs of shoes by Topo from work walking, to running half marathons, they have me covered! Excited to add hiking to that list. #sweepstakes

Super cute and comfy! I love the wide toe box - doesn't hurt my bunion. I love that they are waterproof and I can't wait to go hiking in them!

Great waterproof hiking boots. I wore them for 7 miles the first time I put them on and walked right through puddles without my feet getting wet at all. I have plantar fasciitis and found these to be very supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend. #sweepstakes

I tried a lot of shoes before choosing these for my walk on the Camino. 77 miles and they performed just as I needed them to. I did insert a different insole and added heel cushioning but I chose the Trailadventure 2 because of the wider toe box and a shoe that locked my heel in place.

Horticulturalist who walks and climbs in and out of a truck daily . Traversing different terrains daily. The roomy toe box allows give and the ankle support is super. Waterproof shoes are imperative for comfort. It took only a day of around the home and yard to get settled in and feel completely comfortable adopting them for working my working life. I will be making another purchase in the near future. I highly recommend anyone desiring a wide toe box giving them a try. Lots of colours in Topo shoes to chose from. Go for it!

It finally dawned on me that my old 12-mm drop hiking boots were killing my back. These Topo boots are less than half of that, and it's a whole new world. Not as much ankle support but the trade-off is worth it.

I have a delayed healing fracture in my foot and have not found a comfortable shoe until now. The roomy toe box accommodates both my bunions and the slowly healing fracture. The low heel drop feels wonderful to my arches. And finally, these trailventues are sturdy and completely waterproof! Yay! #sweepstakes

I've been looking for a comfortable and supportive hiking boot for my 70 year old feet and finally found Topo. I compared Topo with a competitor's boot I had been wearing by walking around the house with the competitor or one foot and Topo on the other. The difference in comfort, feel, support, and the wide toe box were very apparent. I haven't taken my first official hike in the Topo's but am expecting all will be well. I also bought two other pair of Topo - a walking shoe and a low cut hiking shoe. I love Topos! #sweepstakes

These are going in with my emergency supplies. They are my first hiking boots, so I’m not sure if the fit is as expected. Having said that, they feel fine, supporting the side & ankle back. Thanks for plenty of room in the toebox, Topo!
I'd also recommend:

My Toes have plenty of room! I couldn't have asked for a better fit!!! Finally, I have a great hiking boot that allows my feet to feel good all the way through a 5 mile hike. Because I have a Morton's neuroma it gets stressed on the downhills. But, no problem with these boots.

This is my 2nd pair of Trailventure boots. Trailventure 2 is a major upgrade from the originals which I loved too. The boot is much more "boot like." Still very lightweight and comfortable. But has more support underfoot and around the ankle.

I have Morton's Neuroma and wear a size 8.5 in regular shoes. I bought the terraventures in a 9.5 to wear on the 500 miles walking the Camino. Within 2 weeks on the way, my Morton's was totally gone and I credit your wide toe box! Came home and ordered the Ultafly which I wear walking everyday. I recently moved to TN and bought the Trailventure for hikes in the Smokies. I am not a fan of ankle highs but these are fabulous! So far so good! I love your brand and tell everyone esp if walking Camino

I use my hiking boots for rocky, irregular terrain and they provide incredible support and very comfortable fit. I need the wide toe box for an injury issue and these are incredible hiking boots. Last use, I even stepped in the river, and they were completely water proof! Love these boots!!

I have some feet issues that cause discomfort when I hike. These Topos are perfect for me! The wide toe box, cushion, and stability give me comfort while hiking on uneven surfaces. The fit and waterproofing are great.

I've been struggling to find shoes after some drastic changes occured following a toe surgery. Topos's wide toe box is just what I needed! It's wonderful to have a great fitting hiking boot again.

I have several pairs of your running shoes and love them. I made a risky decision of buying these hiking boots a few weeks before a week long trek to Aconcagua. I was worried I didn't break them in at all, but they are the most comfortable hiking boots I ever owned. No blisters! Sturdy, waterproof and good support. Soles did great in very rugged terrain. Will never buy another brand!

I have an off the charts wide foot and high arch. Based on a fitting from a local running store I got put in Topos running shoes. The wide toe box is similar to Keens (you're a wide foot, iykyk). The tennis/running shoes have been so great and cozy for my feet, so I thought I'd give the boots a try. I am a climbing arborist, I hike, and I play a ton of disc golf. Was looking for an all/cold season boot for occasional creek disc retrievals when the birks are out of season. These boots are just like the tennis shoes but with a grippier sole. I had been playing disc golf in my running Topos and was tearing up the sole. The grippier/tougher vibram sole on the boots is holding up great. Also, I climbed my very rough barked oak tree to hang holiday lights in them and they were completely unphased.

This is my first time purchasing shoes from Topo and I'm very impressed! I wore these right out of the box during a trip to Iceland where we were walking and hiking on rugged and wet terrain. These are the most comfortable hiking shoes I've ever worn. The wide toe bed feels like heaven. My foot has plenty of room but does not slide around. They are indeed waterproof but given that the inside liner is what makes them waterproof, my foot did feel a bit colder once the outside shoe was wet.

Due to never ending foot issues, my doctor said I needed to switch to a wide toe box shoe. I have 2 pairs of Topo trail runners which I love. I live in the mountains and wear hiking boots as my daily shoe in winter. I got the Topo boots and they feel great right out of the box. I also love that u like most boots, they have a shorter heel drop. Highly recommend these boots.

Backpacked 30 miles over three days with a 28lb pack on Superior Hiking Trail. I always get blisters and often black toenails from my toes hitting the toe box going downhill. Zero issues, confident grip on steep and wet terrain. Good water resistance. Really love these boots! Just ordered extra insoles for years of use.

I use these for both casual walking. Love the room toe box that accommodate my orthotics and still leaves toe wiggle room. they will be my go to while traveling - hiking but also on cobble stone streets!

These boots fit great. The rock plate is awesome and the ankle support is just enough. Although waterproof, I recently wore the boots for an overnight trip to Zion narrows where I walked on rocks and sand for 16 miles. I debated about renting the canyoneering water boots but the Topos were a champ in the water. Can't wait for my next adventure in them.

We recently hiked half dome in an old pair of hiking boots. My feet were destroyed afterwards. I have Topo runners and decided to give these hikers a try. Never been happier.
