I have many pairs of the Parties mates. These came in a different material. They are more like suede than a smooth leather. One shoe is also smaller than the other and does not fit correctly. I have always ordered the same shoe in the same size and have not had this problem. I am not happy. I have been wearing this same style for many years.

I have been buying these shoes for 10 years or more. Since my last purchase they changed the material from a smooth leather which one can keep looking like new with mink oil (or similar) to a "brushed leather" which looks and feels like suede and is terrible to try to keep clean and looking presentable. Dingy and old looking with stains upon one step into an inclement day. Why did they wreck a great thing? Likely my last pair of shoes from Skechers.

I have bought these shoes about 6 times now and they keep cracking open in the front ball of the foot. Which in turn water leeks in. Otherwise I have loved these shoes reason for buying so many pairs. I tend to have to buy a new pair every 4 months due to them breaking open.....

I WOULD HAVE USED THESE SHOES IN OUR SNOWY/HORRIBLE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND HAVE LOVED THEM. I HAD A PAIR BEFORE AND WORE THEM SO MUCH THE SOULS CRACKED AND STARTED LEAKING (HAD ABOUT 3 YRS) THE ONLY THING WITH THIS PAIR IS I PURCHASED THRU THE MAIL AND THEY FIT IN THE TOE AREA BUT THE HEAL WAS NOT ROUND OR WAS TOO NARROW AND I CAN'T WEAR THEM.

I go to a catholic high school and because of the dress code we are required to wear these shoes every day to school. I live more than an hour and a half away from my school and I have to take a bus and two trains and walk ten minutes just to get there. In freshman year they told us that the shoes would last all four years...well that is a lie because i have had to get a new pair of shoes every year since. I am a senior now and since the beginning of my time at this school i have had to buy five different pairs of these shoes. Yes they are very comfortable when you first get them but when you have a gaping hole in the middle of the sole and a gaping hole at the side of the shoe it is not very comfortable to walk in.

I was hoping to have the same shoes in brown that I currently have in black. I purchased the same size online but they did not fit the same and are at least 1/2 size off.

I loved this shoe because it was a laced up oxford with arch support, but I returned the shoes because it needs be a wide width. otherwise I would have loved it!!

I love Sketchers shoes and I always buy them for work because they are comfortable and durable but these shoes are the worst! After a month of trying to break them in they are still killing my feet!

This is a terrible shoe. It isn't comfortable and puts blister on your heals by being to stiff. I would not recommend this shoe!

I have had 2 pairs of the brown ones and they were great, you ran out of those in my size and that is all I wear to work. I ordered light tan with blue sole, although they fit the same, the shoes made my feet and legs hurt so bad. The 1st week I had shin splint and after that I felt like was 100 years old! I couldn't even walk down my stairs in the mornings. I had to quit wearing my brand new shoes. Could you possibly trade them with the brown or black ones?? Thank you, Kelly

I bought these skechers for work. Although I do feel they are a comfortable shoe I am highly disappointed that after a month or two they fall apart. I have already exchanged one pair and am going to have to exchange the new pair. The heel of the shoe completly broke in half. How do you expect customers to want to spend 50 or more dollars on your shoes when they fall apart. Very dissapointing I must say.

This is the third pair of these that I have had. I loved the first two - they were comfortable to wear all day long during travel and lots of walking. The previous two pairs lasted about 1.5 years, with almost daily use. They have an excellent tread for winter safety, and are very tolerant of weather and other spills on the uppers. I like that they are brown, not black. The first two pairs were wide, but the wide width is no longer available, so I had to send this pair back. The medium size did not fit. Otherwise, I would continue to wear these for years. Now I am in search of new shoes to replace my older ones that have worn out on the inside heel far faster than the first pair.

i have worn skechers for my 23 years of work at an airport where i stand and walk all the the time and i have always bought the shoe named alphabatical from skechers but they discountiued that model so i bouth this one and i could not even walk for 4hours without my feet feeling that i have already walked for a day they are uncomfortable the frount shape of shoe touched your fingers on foot and its heavy to walk in i hope you look at that other shoe that i mention model and perheps bring it back as i said i have worn them for last 23years and bought one every six month and it made walking for 16 hours day a breeze please call me with any question you may have

I have had other skechers shoes before & loved them, these I hate. My feet hurt so bad by the time I get home from work, I can hardley walk. Sorry LINDA MOORE

i have bought sketchers for a long time and these are the most uncomfortable shoes i have ever had ill never be able to wear.

At first I loved these shoes. I am an ag and shop teacher and I loved how these shoes looked. I could wear them with dress pants or jeans and they worked wonders in the shop. but after a few short weeks the inside sole started giving out under my heels. I only wore these shoes for 3 months before they completely gave out and have absolutely no support anymore. Very unsatisified :S

Shipping was super slow. The shoes felt like I was wearing cement duck feet. I returned them and I am still waiting for Sketchers to acknowledge the return and to give my money back.

I love these shoes, BUT the soles dont last. I have gone through 3 pairs of the black ones in two years. I walk a lot at work, but they should hold up better than that. By the time I realize the soles are gone, my socks are wet from the rain outside. This last pair didnt last me 6 months.

I always wear an 8.5 but in these it was too wide!

Since discovering the comfertable of sketchers shoes four years ago, they are all I wear to work. I bought this pair expecting the same comfertable and quality as the other shoes, but was no were near satisfied. The pair of shoes that I purchased three months earlier completely fell appartment within a month time. The sole fell off the first week, and I had to keep gluing it back on. Then te side of the shoe split open while I was at work. When I went to purchase another pair, sketckers didn't have them in stock, so I bought this pair, and I regret it every day because I don't have time to return them, and I'm wearing a pair to work that are completely worn out.

like many other products made in China, lacked proper base material and quality control.
