I love Hanes but notice the material is thinner than in the past

I should be a medium at 33" fit really tight allow atleadt 2-3" difference.

I buy these (blue assortment) in large packages, knowing that the leg openings will stretch out after a few months of washing and wearing. Most of my husband's other basic Hanes briefs have done that, so I have no higher hopes for these. But he likes them for the comfort, including the waistband. So, they're fine at 7 pairs for a low price.

No support where a guy really needs it! Elastic quality poor. Around leg.

The briefs are fine, but they are too hi-rise for my taste. I find I have to turn the waistband down to feel right.

I just bought these for a trip. I checked the sizing before purchasing. XL said 40-42 waist. I'm at a 40. I was wearing L but, I've been pushing the limit in them and wanted to be comfortable...not swimming in them. They arrived last night. The paperwork doesn't say XL, it says 44. They're huge! Now I'm ordering the L and I'll have to wait until I return. I hate going through the hassles of returning them. Why can't they be as advertised? 40-42 would be perfect! 44 is to frickin' big!

I bought these to replace the one I bought on a previous order which were a perfect fit. When these arrived, I was and dried them as usual. When I tried them on they were extremely tight and uncomfortable. They were supposed to be large like the previous that were perfectly sized, but these fit like a small unless Hanes redesigned them.

I ordered two items in one transaction (the briefs and a pack of tank tops). They went ahead and cancelled one item by saying there was an issue one my card but proceeded to sent the other order so just be prepared for that. I went a size up based on the reviews. I'm a M but fit fine in a L. Calvin Klein and Hanes both run smaller. So go up a size

The underwear is too small. My last package of Hanes size medium fit. These are much too tight.

The brief fits and wears great. You made a nice, thick waistband with HANES in grey and then you change it to all white and can't be read. Really missing the mark on these. Bring back the grey font.

Quality not what I thought it would be. separation at the seam along the elastic band. this is the second time this has happened to me but ths time it was a different brief.

Quality has gone way downhill. The fit has changed for the worse. Leg opening is tight, and I have thin legs. The waist band is tight and leaves red mark and indentation on my waist. The material is also very stiff and rough ... not soft as they advertise. I loved the Costo packs when they had them. These are a lot different and not for the better. After years of wearing Hanes I am switching brands.

Some items shrunk and the stitching was terrible

I've had the Hanes Briefs for about a month and the elastic in the legs do not hold it's shape. After wearing them a couple times the elastic in the legs doesn't hold it up and things have away of falling out of the bottom and it becomes very uncomfortable.

Loved the Hanes I bought in a dept. store, and the photo online looked exactly like the ones I liked, so ordered. Disappointed, and sent them back. Very thin material, which is probably why they were so affordable. And the ones that arrived didn't look like the ones in the online catalog.

These are huge so they get baggy. Very tall waisted. I was wanting a different kind of Hanes that apparently they no longer made so I decided to try these.

The small are too small and medium too big. We need something in between.

Looks nothing like this illustration. Looks like a giant diaper, too long so there is no support, leg holes far too big for the waist size. Previous orders of the same size fit perfectly, these were a full disappointment. Will wear to sleep in, can't be used for daytime.

Oddly rough fabric. Thin, too. The general cheapening of these types of products.

They seem to run on the small side. The extra wide band would be great, but it tends to fold over making it a narrow waist band and running on the small side, exerts too much pressure on my waist. I can't wear them. Other than these 2 problems, would have given a 4 or 5 star rating.

Why Hanes can't figure out how to sell in single colors is beyond me. It's like getting only 3 pairs of underwear for $24. So I have to look elsewhere.

I have bought this for decades to match the V Neck T Shirts but this years briefs have caused me a small problem with the seam of the elastic band having a knot in them that sticks into the lower spine and hip area of my back and rubs it sore. I have to tuck the V Neck inside my brief to stop the irritation.

The problem with Hanes is they keep changing everything, you have comfortable briefs a year later you want to reorder the same and they arrive different, different fit, rise, everything is different. Hate it. My first Hanes set didn't even come with a fly sewn in, I mean how the heck are you supposed to access the parts when you need to go? There is NO MENTION that this model doesn't have a fly, you have to discover it for yourself. So had to re-order something else, and again, fit is different, rise is different comfort is different. NO CONSISTENCY in the product, change for the sake of change, they apparently don't care about the customer.

Not a fan of the elastic band....should have bought mid-rise instead of full-size

Ordered 3 large 7 package of underwear. 1 was wrong style 2 were wrong size.
