I bought a size up from what I usually wear and the pants were still tight through the thighs. But the worst part was they sit way too low on the hip for work pants. A very uncomfortable fit.

I got a size bigger than what I am and they were super tight , couldnt get them over my hips and once I did buttoning it wasnt even an option.

Very odd fitting pant. Huge in the waist but tight around the lower abdomen, so tight that it takes your breath away because there is absolutely no stretch to these pants. The hips are roomy but the knees were very tight. I wear a solid 16W and usually have no fit problems with this size. Not sure how to recommend the right size in this pant...just not your typical fit
