Good quality garment. But I and very frustrated in the total lack of consistency in Playtex's sizing from style to style. The ordered this in the same size as my Playtex underwires. This style fits like a tourniquet. UNWEARABLE!

Size runs small. I ordered a 48 D. Cups fit but band is tighter than my previous smaller bra.

Lift and Support sounded exactly like what I was looking for. I did not need or want a minimizer, but that is exactly what this bra does. It is not particularly comfortable, but it does fit.

I'm sure this bra is an excellent bra. I returned it because it didn't have the padding I thought it would have.

I love everything about this bra except one very important thing. The bra minimizes my big breasts amazingly & is very comfortable but the description says is offers support "without show-through". In no way does it stop nipple show-through. Why oh why can't a great bra be made to hide the nips so I can wear it comfortably & confidently at work? Please someone make that bra. You will be an instant millionaire!

I bought this bra, trying to go wirefree. I tried on a friend's (38C) for measurement purposes and it was just a tad tight. I usually wear a 38D but thought I'd do the sister size 40C because the cups fit, but the band was a little snug. Even with doing this, my new bra's cups have saggy material on the top of the breast. I'm sure I don't have the right size so back to the drawing board. Frustrated.

I had to buy something. This looked as close to Playtex 4159 as I could find. It is nothing like it. Not nearly the same support, smoothness or fit. If someone has a better bra, please post! I don't want a sports bra, but I need some support.

I like the look and comfort of this bra but the support isn't quite as good as I'd like it and it doesn't breathe.

It fits well but the band rolls up and pinches.. The material is thin and has no lining.

The lining inside the cups does not lay flat. It bunches up in certain spots. Looks like too much fabric is inserted.

Just another bra that is unremarkable. It needs to be fuller cut as the band is on the tight side. Straps could be longer. Definitely fits like it was made off- shore.

Description says lift and support, I see none of that. My boobs sag as if I don't even have a bra on, being returned.

After wearing a couple of these bras for a week or so now, I can say that they are ok, but not great. I will not buy them again, but I'm also not returning them. Pros: Fairly supportive and a nice pattern. They felt too small at first and I very nearly returned them, but the material stretched a bit after a couple of wears and became more comfortable. It is possible that it might loosen too much with time. Cons: The stitching along the seams and bra straps cuts into the skin and is itchy. The bottom band has no elasticity and can cut in as well. Despite how they look in the image, the bra straps have no padding and hurt the shoulders. I am a 44DDD and my girls tend to smoosh in toward the center of the bra, which gives a mono-boob appearance. The seam along the cleavage area flips up and out so that the bra shows underneath thin shirts. The plastic clasp on the back of the bra straps cuts into the shoulder blades.

I had to return the itemscups too large

I have been trying desperately to find a replacement bra for the 4395 bra that you have discontinued. I am on my 5th different style since in was discontinued. My most recent purchase I tried 2 different sizes of the same style. The straps roll and the back of the bra move up towards my neck. At this point I will be trying different bra manufacturers. Playtex is throwing away a 50 year customer.

No lift and no support. Ugly flattened shape to breasts.

Adjusted the shoulder straps as much as I could and they were still too short.

Final determination after 50 plus years.... Playtex bras do not work for me. I'm not built the way Playtex bras are configured. Nothing wrong with the bras, they just don't fit me.

It was very stiff and rough material even after washing with fabric softener.

I ordered 2 bras the exact same size and the black one is 4" bigger around than the blue one. They both had the correct size stamped in the bra

I wanted to order this bra in shell and found out when it came it was nude! In my size I get a choice of three colors. Can you change that so everyone can have the colors? My size is 48B.

I love these bras when they fit, but there seems to be a real problem with consistency in sizing. Ordering the same bra but getting in black instead of beige took it down about a whole size from what I ordered. Because the first bra I ordered seemed to be a little skimpy in the cup size for my particular build, I decided to reorder an asked for one cup size larger and to be certain it would fit I even went up a size from 42 to 46 in the chest measurement. The result was a bra that really didn't seem that much larger in the cup size but the chest size seemed about the same also.
