Because my favorite Vanity Fair COOLING TOUCH Briefs have been, they say, temporarily discontinued, I tried a suggestion and ordered what Vanity Fair says is a similar brief...but I totally disagree! My favorite is the COOLING TOUCH brief; based on a suggestion from Vanity Fair that SMOOTHING COMFORT briefs were a close match to the COOLING TOUCH brief, I ordered 3 pair. The COOLING TOUCH briefs are lightweight but sturdy (I've had some that I've worn for quite a few years), and they have a very comfortable waistband and leg openings. They fit me perfectly. The SMOOTHING COMFORT briefs are much heavier feeling, have an uncomfortable waistband, and generally are quite uncomfortable to wear for a time like all day. I do NOT recommend SMOOTHING COMFORT briefs and hope that Vanity Fair will bring back the COOLING TOUCH briefs very soon. Until then, I will be trying other brands to see if I can find a better match.

the part that is sewn from the crotch to the back part of the panties on either side is lumpy and very irritating to the body. Very unhappy with them and I can't wear them.

I love the light support that these panties provide. However, they do not have a cotton liner in the crotch. The light panty pads that I use will not stick to the crotch. I am very disappointed.

These have been my favorite panties for a number of years now, but they changed the crotch by removing the layer of fabric or little pocket as some people call it and now feminine pads won't securely stick. I'm very disappointed because I did love these and can no longer use them. Many women wear pads daily for different reasons and these are now a no-go. If you do not, you will love them.

I bought these because you specified that the side waistband wouldn't roll, but that's not the case. The band rolls in half which creates a ridge around the top which is noticeable when wearing.

Material is very poor. They are no longer true to size. They last well after few washes. Your color have not change much in the last 20 years.

The band doesn't stay flat when washed. It bunches up.

This product number 13264 change was not a good move a few years back. I am still trying to locate the firmer control and uplift that your older product gave. This new material light smoothing rear lift is nothing compared to the old design. As in all these reviews it seems that many of us feel the same way about the new product. 10 thumbs down

These panties aren't half as nice as the ones you were making. Material is thinner. Gosset is cheaply made. As usual, making things cheap and aying the price. I think the 5 star's given are from people whom never wore the originals.
