These are excellent shorts for dress up or just casual wear. The fit is perfect and a little stretch in the waist is great.

I really like the flexible waist and the overall fit of these shorts. I wish all my shorts were this comfortable.

Go to shorts on hot days

Because I am between sizes in standard shorts -- 38 and 40, where 38 is too tight and 40 too loose -- I appreciate the fit of size 38 Extreme Motion shorts. They fit fine. One comment though: as other reviewers have noted, the sizing in these shorts varies, seemingly from color to color. I purchased the gray shorts and while not so tight I will return them, they are noticeably snugger in fit than are the bourbon-colored shorts.

These shorts are amazing. They fit well, true to size. Look great. For the quality and feel of these shorts you'd expect to break the bank. Purchased directly from Lee at an extremely reasonable cost. Lee has set the bar.

Work and play these shorts are comfortable but rugged.

Great quality in fabric, design and wearability. I use these for work, and I work in the water mitigation industry. My job has me climbing, crouching and crawling, and these shorts have kept up. With the design of the shorts, it allows me to store and carry items securely. **I highly recommend Lee adding a zipper on one of the cargo pockets.** Would make these for sure the best jeans ever.

I love theses shorts. I like that they stretch and flex with you. They look great and are a excellent value.

EM Carolina cargo shorts are my hands down favorite. 6'1" and the bottom of the hem sits right at the middle of my knees (perfectly). Roomy fit with gusseted crotch makes wearing very comfortable. The large & deep flapless cellphone pocket that holds my big iPhone-10 is a huge bonus.
