the new Hanes cotton briefs,white, 10 pack look to be the same size, but the elastic lets it slide down

Purchased these for my mother. She said they shrunk in the wash so now they're tight. Shouldn't these be pre-shrunk cotton?

Not terrible but not great either

It seems like they are thinner than my last set.

Colors not appealing. Somewhat comfortable.

I have worn Haines briefs for many years and in general I am very satisfied with them. I continue to find, however, that the sizing is inconsistent. Out of the last package of 6 briefs, three fit perfectly, one fit slightly smaller but still wearable and two were so small I am unable to wear them. I have found this issue in the last three or four packages of briefs that I have purchase. Some were purchased on line through the Hanes website and at least one purchase was made in a retail store. I really wish this issue could be fixed as I do like this product but don't like to spend money on something I cannot wear!

Poor quality material. Panties have holes in them after second washing.

Cotton fabric is thinner than last purchase and elastic at waist was thinner than on previous briefs.

I was very disappointed in my new underwear. I washed them only to find over half of the pack was so tight it was unbelievable. They were like a size small. The XL one werennt very big either. Very disappointed. Unacceptable.

They were a little smaller than past Hanes purchases and I had hoped for wrapped waistband.

Smaller than regular size. Afraid to return. Can I return?

They didn't even fit like the regular size does. On the small side note, so now we'll afraid to wash them and return them.

underwear are being made with thinner fabric, so they will wear out faster

Bought for my wife, waistbands on 2 pair came unraveled right after 1st wear.

The sizing is deceiving; it runs on the small side. Nice material but wish it were slightly larger, especially for a brief.

Been disappointed with the quality of fabric and elastic waist band, which gives out too soon after a few washes. Seems like the fabric has been getting thinner over the years. Sorry!

Been using Hanes well over 20 years, but the quality is going down with every purchase. They are produced in all sorts of countries, the fit is poor, the material is bad. I'm looking for some other brand. Really sorry!

5 out of 10 had very little elasticity in the waist and no elasticity in the legs. I threw them away. Previous purchases have been good quality, but sadly these were not.

Waist band is too thin.

I was so happy with the fit until I put on the third pair from the package which was about 2 sizes smaller than the other 3. So, I have a pair that I have to throw out because they're way too small for me. Wasting money doesn't make people return customers.

The panties were supposed to be "cool" but they're just plain cotton. Plus they weren't soft. They fit okay and I like the colors, but I don't want to wear them.

These do not fit well. They ride up and do not stay in place.

I bought the brief for years & never had a problem until my last order. the thigh opening is way to wide. They are for a women with wide thighs not the average women size 8 or 9. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered Hanes 100% cotton briefs in white. I had to order size 10 when I should get a size 7. I wear a 12 pant, size 10 is for size 18-20 pant size. They barely fit comfortably and will shrink if I wash them in hot water or dry them in a normal, hot dryer. Unfortunately, when I ordered two packages of white briefs, it came as assorted colors. I will say Hanes return process is very easy and I will be returning them in the next day or two.
