I have come to think that the fit of clothing depends on the country they are made in. I have a pair of size 6 jeans that I bought years ago that still fit wonderfully well. This particular pair of jeans is a size 8, but I should have gone up to a size 10. Two other pair that I bought at the same time as these are a size 8 and fit wonderfully.

They were a bit tighter than the last time I purchased them. Could it be winter fat? Maybe, but I've been purchasing this size for many years and haven't had an issue.

Not sure why all the different color washes fit different from each other. I currently have 4 different color washes and each one fits different from the other. Most run a little on the tight side. Some are very loose, some are very tight. Never sure what I'm gonna get when I order. I would only recommend if you have the option to try on before you buy.

The color was good. The bad is one leg was longer than the other and there was a half inch tare in back of leg that had been repaired.

These jeans are the perfect fit and very comfortable, however, the material is very thin. Going into the winter months and will have to definitely wear thermals under them.

I am very disappointed that the jeans are so snug and don't ease out with wear. The website did have a caution but the undersized factor is more severe than I expected. These should have been remarked down a size due to the negative ease they have. I'm on a budget and, since I washed the jeans before wearing for health protection, I can't return them.

This pair of jeans is at least 1/2 to one size smaller than any of the other five pairs. It is tight enough that it is uncomfortable at the waist. Unfortunately, I washed them before trying them on. Even though I did not run them through the dryer they are really tight. I feel that now I cannot return them so that I will live with them but I am disappointed.

SBeen wearing this exact jean for many years. Sizes have changed since I last ordered these maybe 3 years ago. Also came with a very strong industrial cleaner? smell. Had to air outside even after washing.

I've been wearing size 8 Lee jeans forever. I have a drawer full of them. While the styles run a little different, the waist was always fine. My waist is not small. Now, three different times, the waist runs small, So small, I had to return them. So disappointed

I have been wearing Lee stretch relaxed fit jeans for 25 years. My regular size is 16 short and they usually they fit perfectly. That is why I keep coming back. This year, the design team has cut the relaxed fit jean slimmer through the hip, thigh, and leg opening (should have known when I saw a 16in leg opening when the ones I am wearing have at least an 18in leg opening) but the size chart indicated the 16 was still the correct size. Wrong. Relaxed fit... not any more. I guess the pair I received could have been marked incorrectly. But this pair is going back. These are a great basic jean but Lee can't seem to leave well enough alone. If you want repeat customers, you need consistency in fabrics and cut.

The back rise on Lee jeans keeps getting shorter and shorter. Every time I buy a new pair it's shorter. I really wish they would go back to the way they used to be, at or just below the natural waist. I'm taking back the last pair I bought, they've just gotten too short in the rise. After many years of wearing Lee jeans, I'm going to have to find a different brand.

Lee jeans are my favorite. Their hard-to-find 29" inseam is perfect for me. But these jeans ran big, particularly from the knees down, despite being "straight leg". I've bought the same style before and they were nice and trim at the bottom. I sent these back, but I'll continue to look out for straight leg Lee's that fit the way I like them.

I ordered these jeans precisely because I've been looking for mid/low-rise (below belly button, okay?!) straight leg jeans, not too narrow, not too wide, just straight without a high-rise cut -in waist, and also not too - unfortunately, each website I try I get the same result, including LEE's - they say 'mid-rise' but they are not! The waist on these jeans was too tight again, and it is most definitely NOT mid-rise! Disappointed again. The photo makes them look fairly straight lined, so that's part of whyI ordered them. FYI I'm 5/6" and 122 lbs and still the waist was too tight! Maybe I should try men's jeans instead. I feel I can't trust your sizing, but that seems to be a current problem recently with many sites.

I have Lee jeans that I love but I needed a new pair. The style of my favorite ones has been discontinued so I settled for these. I wear a size 18 and whoever designed these jeans must think that all larger women have humungous thighs. I've posted a picture so you can see how big the thigh area is relative to the hips. I'm not sure I'm going to keep these because while I have the ability to alter them to fit but they also feel a little short in the back rise. I'm not sure it's worth it.

Had to return both pairs, I'm wearing the size the same size I ordered a couple years ago comfortably, but these were way too tight and one pair I couldn't even zip. I called to get the return info and asked the rep to send me the next size up, she said no problem and I would get them for the same price, as I had caught a good saie. Never received the new jeans, Also, there was no notification my return was received or being processed. I had to keep checking my credit card. They did refund me the jeans but not the shipping. Terrible customer service and I've worn Lee Jeans forever, like 50 years.

Though the jeans fit well and are very comfortable, the zipper seems of poor quality and I have difficulty pulling it up. It catches at the bottom and requires finagling to get the right angle to be able to pull it. It makes me leary to wear them out for fear it will either break of just not be able to operate.

Of the 3 pairs I received the black ones fit tighter. I washed the black jeans in cold water trying to get rid of the dye odor. The odor still remains! Any ideas what to do.

I really like the fit. The things I don't like: 1. I have washed them 3 times and they have a bad odor (nauseating) (someone suggested soaking for 2 hours in Oxiclean but I don't want them to fade more) 2. fabric is thinner than my older jeans 3. color fades quickly

These are usually really good jeans, however, the first time I washed them the yoke seam in back came apart. I waited to do anything with them right away and I won't do that again. I will try them on and wash them right away so if there is a problem it is not too late to send them back.
