I'm glad there are 10 of these because after 1 wash & wear 2 of them now have holes where the waistband elastic has pulled away from the panty. The pack I got from Dollar General over a year ago are still great.

The elastic is not as wide as in previous Hanes store purchases and the size of each pair in the same package varies

I was surprised to find that although all of the panties were marked as same size the waistbands were quite different. While 7 out of the 10 fit fine 3 were too tight for me to wear comfortably.

I would give it a ZERO. I'm sending them back or walking them back. I bought a size too large and they were very small (made in Vietnam). The material is sooo thin--they wouldn't last a minute anyway.
