I was worried at first that the rise didn't sit at the waist, but it actually did. I was looking for cargo pants which are hard to find so I gave these a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these pants are and so happy my cell phone fits in the leg pocket. These pants are very well made and I am a happy customer.
