I'm trying to return the items. I am waiting for a label that is supposed to be mailed to me so I can return them. I don't think this is a appropriate way to do customer service. In order to return and exchange for a different size I have to buy it again so I'm just gonna return everything. I'm just waiting for the return label. If you spent more time in customer service serving the person rather than trying to get a rating I think it would be much more helpful for your customers.

I was hoping they might shrink, because they're mostly cotton. They seem to stretch out quickly, lose their shape.

I love the feel of these capris, they are super comfortable BUT I can't even iron the wrinkles out. Don't iron anything any more but will not take to cleaners. Is there a trip to washing without wrinkling or do you just ignore them.

Not the quality of the item I have previously purchased

material is to hard and crunchy would like them soft. I would like a partial refund, as the material is not very good.

I agree with the other reviewers that these pants run small. I did like the fact that I could unbutton the bottom of the capris to make them a bit longer.

These are great capris, but because of the bulky back pockets I can only give this two stars!! No one wants their back side to be bulky. that's the only reason I can't recommend this to my friends.

Nice fabric, waistband and through the hips was great but the rest of the fit was terrible . Legs were just off.

The quality and weight were perfect. I needed a 2P which is not available.

The elastic around the back of the pants is all coming out and you can see the white elastic band. I have tried to fix it but more parts of the same just keep coming apart. Both pairs that I purchased are both doing the same thing. I thought I was buying a good quality product when I purchased Lee brand but I was mistaken.

Would have been better if they fit right.

I returned these capris because they are not flattering to me but they might be great for someone else. I love Lee products but this time was not a charm.

Too big

I believe the legs are a lot wider at the bottom than shown and about 8 inches longer. They go down below mid calf evrn when cuffed. I had to roll bigger cuffs and attach a button to attach loop.

The design has changed and they run at least one size larger than the old ones. The seat seems to be baggy.

These look to be exactly what I wanted and needed.

I ordered the right size and these are smaller than the ones I had which were a smaller size. And I'll have to pay for shipping. Ridiculous

I purchased Lee capri pants last year and in the past. The fit and quality were perfect then and I thought I could aways count on Lee. The new capri pants this year: the quality the fabric was flimsy, the fit was poor and you no longer have petite sizes. I was very disappointed and would not purchase them again.

Could you please make a RELAXED FIT CAPRI that isn't "cargo"?? I hate the pocket(s) down the side of the leg, do not want the cuffs, or the button piece attachment either. They look awful after washing, esp the pocket, button attachment, and cuffs--all of it. Just make a plain RELAXED FIT CAPRI, please! Oh yeah---80% Cotton with 20% of polyester----can't stand the cheap, stretchy material either :(

I didn't get the right product.

I loved the fit and the comfort of these pants by Lee. I wore them about 6 times and washed them twice. This time when I took them off to hang them up, there was a split not on the seam almost 10 inches long. I loved the fit and they were not tight but I can not afford to replace them after two washings.

The jeans arrived dirty - large black marks all over. I did not have time to return yet. Will never buy from your company again!!

I have a closet full of size 10 Lee jeans that fit perfectly, but these were big enough for at least one other person to fit in. Cost me $7.99 shipping and a $7.99 restock fee, and I still need a pair of capris. This is why I don't buy clothes on line. Please bring back your plain old 7 inch denim shorts with no cuff and no pre made holes in them.

I LOVE THE LEE CAPRI'S BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE BLUE CAPRI ORDER THE ZIPPER WAS NOT ON THE TRACK SO I HAD TO RETURN THEM FOR CREDIT. I WANTED THEM TO SEND ME ANOTHER PAIR BUT SHE SAID THE WAREHOUSE DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER PAIR AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RE-ORDER. WELL I WENT TO RE-ORDER AND THEY WERE NOT THE SAME PRICE AS I ORIGNALLY PAID SO I DID NOT REORDER.
