Great bra so far. I have yet to find the perfect bra so I was hesitant to give it five stars. It has full coverage like it says. I am just waiting to see if the straps are okay. The previous bras I bought the straps kept slipping because the material was like satin. This one seems to be okay and the strap lengths are staying where I put them.

This front-closure bra is helpful because I can't reach around back to hook a back-closure. It is attractive and has good support.

I have been wearing this style for a few years now. Just because I'm fat doesn't mean I don't like pretty!! It is easy to put on and take off; doesn't hurt my shoulders; and gives a nice profile under my clothes.

Love these Bras. They are very comfortable, fit well, look good underneath my clothing and I especially love the front closure and pretty satin strip. The only reason I downgraded it by 1 star is that I recommend it to my sister who just underwent breast cancer, a full mascectomy and reconstruction surgery last year. Now being ready to finally wear a normal bra again, she's having a hard time finding ones that are comfortable and front closing. So, she tried on one of the new bras that I just bought and she loved it! But, she needed a cup size smaller than me, a B cup. She was so excited after looking for bras for so long and being disappointed, to think she had finally found one that was pretty, front closing, comfortable and came in many colors. Sadly, when she tried to order these bras for herself in size 42B, apparently they aren't sold in that size. Her heart sank and so did mine! Very disappointing! I really love these bras and wish my sister could enjoy wearing them too, especially after all she has been through surviving cancer and losing part of her body, dealing with the effects of treatment and surgeries and reconstruction that hasn't been great either. I really wanted this to be a win for her. Sadly Vanity Fair didn't come through.

I have been using the front closure bra for years & I love it however the current style now, front lock material slides that makes it uncomfortable.

This was just ok compared to what I have always gotten before . I needed a bra that hooks in the front. I was disappointed the plastic hook does not sit straight after I hook it and it is hard to hook . I have worn vanity fair bras since I was in my teens . I am. 77 years old . This is the worst bra I have purchased from vanity fair . I only kept it because it is the closest in fit that I have found . I have not been able to find any front hook bras from vanity fair at my department stores , Macy's or penny's . Very disappointing . You should make a. Front hook bra for your older customers who can no longer hook in the back . My husband can hook for me , but when I go with my friends on a girls trip I don't want to ask them to hook my bra . It makes cm me sad to think I may have to change brands after all these years .

The only thing I didn't like was the clasp in front. Too difficult to manipulate. Otherwise, nice bra.

Have previously bought this bra and loved it, this time the front closure is to big and slides sideways and cuts into my skin

Here is what would turn my 3 star rating into a 5 star rating. PLEASE, add a more width under the arm pits for the smaller sizes too, not just the plus sizes. Example: 34 D needs the extra width for a lot of us women who are not considered a plus size category. Thank you!

The quality of the product has declined. This used to be my go to item. The shoulder straps are now particularly narrow in comparison to previous versions I have purchased This affects the comfort and support level. I am a 36c.

Bought two of these instead of my usual Vanity Fair Beauty Back Smoothing bras. I will not be buying these again. The front closure is appealing, but eliminates the ability to adjust width shorter or longer, since there are no three hook settings in back as with back closure bras. Bras always stretch out during wear and the front closure leaves you with no way to adjust for this. Bra ends up sliding around and up, so I am constantly tugging on it. By the way, I made a point of being measured, and the size I bought was the size recommended for me.

This bra is much tighter than the same exact one I already have. Same size.

Wow! I am replacing a bra I purchased a few years ago and am a little disappointed... As I compare my previous bra to my new bra, the underwire is smaller - I am still (probably more) the same and the smaller size is uncomfortable. The closure between my breasts (I love the front closure - why would I ever want a closure that was at my back ---- what man would ever buckle his belt at his back??? In the 60s I started to wear a front closure bra and never changed!! This bra (from 2023) is not what I hoped for and hope now that Vanity Fair will go back to what I have worn and wanted for many decades.

I have worn this bra for years and because of back problems, need a front closure. The material on the front closure on this order doesn't stay in place so the closure doesn't stay vertical. Makes it very uncomfortable. Wish the construction had stayed the same way it has on all my past orders. Other than the front closure problems, the bra fits wonderfully and I love it. Will try to see the fabric on the front closure so that it allows the plastic closure to stay vertical.

38D was to tight 40D fits but the front closure twists sideways... and I actually removed the wire and it's more comfortable...

I have always felt comfortable and supported in the Illumination front close bras. They were well made and the front close remained in a solid closed position. However, the two I just received have been cheapened. Breast coverage is not as in previous bras and most important, the front closure slipped to an angle immediately, resulting in a gap on one breast and gouging where the clasp slid to the side.

Two bras were a good fit as expected. The other is too large but they arrived with no packing slip, making a return difficult. Any suggestions? Also, the clasp on the front closure is not as pretty. It lacks the tiny rhinestones on past bras.

The quality is good, however, it just doesn't have the full coverage that I am accustomed to getting from Vanity fair bras.

I love this style. The comfort and quality is good but I believe this brand may be a cup size smaller than the brand I bought last.

I love one of the bras but do not understand how two of the same, except for color, fit so differently. One perfectly, the other I spill out of on one side. But going to the store wasn't an option, so I am grateful to be able to get one through the mail.

The description said lined cups, did not say the cups were padded. I am looking for shaped cups, not stretchy, that do not have any padding or foam. I was disappointed.

Two of the bras have clasps that twist, which I don't like. The 3rd one is fine. They are all the same item number in different colors so I'm not sure why they aren't all the same.

Bra shrunk after washing. This didn't happen with any I bought before.

Very comfortable but the front latches slide and are very uncomfortable. The latches need to stay in place instead of slide and cut into my skin. I wish there was a better description of the bra or I would not have purchased 3 the same style. Very disappointed.

I've been buying the same style bra for years and have very happy with them, but I have to say these bras I just received are not of the same quality. They are tight, even though I purchased the same size I've been wearing for years and they dig into me especially underneath my breasts and left red marks. Very uncomfortable.
