I have a moderately narrow foot, but this sandal was way too wide, as there was a gap at the top of the sandal. Zappos, thank you for sticking with me, despite trying so many pairs of sandals and having to return them. I'm still on the hunt and will find one that fits and looks good, too!

I love these shoes! I have a medium to narrow foot with a lovely bunion on one foot. These fit me perfectly. I normally wear a size 8-8.5 and ordered a size 8. The footbed is so comfortable. Purchased the pretty green shade. I’m back to get another color. Thanks Zappos!

Softt is my hands down favourite brand but the strap with the buckle just hits me in the wrong place and rubs. The band is wide, yet soft. Having returned these I still say the brand is awesome. Lots of cushion and their customer service is beyond amazing, 23 years and not one issue. Not one. I honestly thank you all!!!!

These seem 1/2 size larger. I typically wear 9.5 or 40 in EU sizes. They were loose around the ankle and the toe box had a gap - no way I could keep these. Zappos, thank you for your patience with me. I keep trying.

Had to return. Just not enough cushion for me.

Too small. Also came loosely packaged in a random box. Returned

I love this sandal, beautiful materials, well made. Looks great with Summer dresses , shorts or jeans. Has a bit of support, and could use more in sole cushioning. I could not wear all day walking but for a few hours is good.

Hits weird on the small toe and gets uncomfortable...not as comfy as expected or for the price.

Got these in a 9.5, they literally seemed like a size 7.5! Couldn’t even get my foot in it, the straps were sooo narrow I couldn’t get my toes in. Really disappointed I wanted these to work, they’re adorable.
