love how comfortable they are but only one problem that we absolutely hate is the tongue of the shoe never stays in place, it always goes to the side and it gets very uncomfortable and starts to hurt

These shoes are very comfortable and work just as well as my other vans, the only down side I've noticed so far is that the tongues don't want to stay in place. I find myself constantly fixing/readjusting them.

i love the sparkle of the shoe and the fit is great i wear 7's and they fit perfect. the only issue i have is that the top edge and tongue of the shoe rubs on my leg enough to rub off skin. I hope it is something that once the shoes loosen up a bit they wont rub as much since they are currently pretty stiff.

These are adorable and I am so disappointed in how they fit! I have at least 15 pairs of vans all a boys 4 / women's 5.5. I ordered these in a 5 and even with my thickest pair of socks they are just way too big.

I recieved these shoes and couldn't wait to wear them. Turns out they were sent to me in 2 different sizes. So I had to return them. The one shoe that was the correct size for perfect. When they say to go down on the size it's true. I plan to reorder them but I hope they check the sizes before they send them out.

I love the style of this shoe, and I have a couple of pairs in different colors, but these marshmallow colored shoes are not right. It looks like the suede from each shoe are from different lots, and the shoes don't match. They look like two different shoes. So they are sitting in my closet, barely worn, and I will never wear them. Waste of my hard earned money.

Really cute but they r so uncomfortable. They rub ur ankles & they squeeze ur toes. I had 2 size down because my normal was 2 big and they dn't fit right.

Got these shoes a couple weeks ago for work and they already have holes in the inner heels. It's hurting my heels now and I have to get new shoes.

Returning runs large as far as width of shoe making them rub your heel. A little heavy. Cute shoes though

I ordered these shoes they took 3 weeks to get here every comment said size down and I sized down and they were still to big and they are very ugly in person doesn't look like the pictures at all

Did not fit right & came defective!

Had to order these shoes twice because they sent me the wrong shoes not only once but both times. And when I went to return them the associate had done a return without me knowing she could only give me a gift card so she did the transaction and then told me that she can reorder them with the gift card since I didn't want the gift card and now I can't even get my money back because of the policy they didn't inform me about. This was my first time buying. At this point I don't even want the shoes or the gift card just my money back
