I've bought 4 shoes. When I first bought a pair for myself, I got the wrong size and had to pay for shipping. Then when I bought them for a family member for Christmas, I accidentally bought the wrong size and had to pay for shipping for a return. Size mistakes are common enough that having to pay shipping shouldn't be part of the purchasing experience because it leaves a bad taste in a loyal customer's mouth. That's my opinion. I do like your shoes though. They are very comfortable and I like the style. I did notice the blue "Nunn Bush" circle on the bottom of the shoes fall off pretty easily.

Really like these shoes. Comfortable, lightweight, well-made, and true-to-size. I mostly wear with jeans and they look great. Also like that Nunn Bush has these shoes and many others in wide sizes. Difficult to find anymore.

Comfortable, nice looking shoe. Great fit. It would be nice if the shoe strings were a little longer. I'll switch those out for new ones.

Comfortable, and light. The sole is very soft and wearing much faster than I would have expected. I also like the style, but will not buy another pair if these wear out as fast as I now expect they will.

Fits well, shoe is comfortable right out of the box. Cushions feet for extended periods of standing. Looks are as expected (I have another pair of Otto in another color). I appreciate that the material on this pair is consistent for all portions of the upper (toe, sides and heel).

Shoes were great but a little snug even after ordering the Wide, in this style. I bought the similar Oxford before and those fit perfectly! Overall, good quality shoes for the price.

This is the second pair I bought for my husband. He wears them often and finds them quite comfortable.

Love the comfort and style of shoes. Rubber sole became loose any about 5 months wear. Nunnbush customer was super and sent replacement very quickly. Superb customer service

Was looking to replace an older pair of Nunn Bush shoes of a different style, but they are sold out. So I went with this one. The shoe looks good and is comfortable and allows for a little foot swelling with the elastic inserts. I just wish they were a little more sturdy and I need a bit more support with my orhtotics.

I have purchased several shoes of this brand for my husband in the past. They fit him well. As of lately, even the x-wide styles do not fit him anymore. He likes the style and comfort but the last 3 pairs I ordered were too tight in the toe section. I'm not sure if the brand changed the width but suddenly these shoes don't fit him anymore. We really like the design and quality, but they need to fit right.
