they fit well and feel pretty comfortable. I use sheeps wool in the one spot that is troublesome and it helps.
I'd also recommend:
Propet seems like the best brand for me.

I really wanted to love these. I’ve tried on several Propet shoes now and while they are comfortable, when the wide shoes aren’t wide enough for my feet. Going a half size up hasn’t helped either. Bummer!

Love Love Love these shoes!!!!! I ordered the Gunsmoke in an 11(2E) and it is beyond perfect! My custom orthotics fit in them and the shoes make the orthotics more comfortable (and I never thought that was possible!!). The color is, to me, a perfect taupe color and are easy to put on. Will probably buy another pair or two of this style. Thanks Propet and Zappos!!!

i really liked that propet , it's running true size and width and for me it was the first time i knew my true size and i am going to cut half down
