The heel is wide and unstructured and the sole is stiff so heel slips out.

There’s only a few reviews, so perhaps mine may help someone. I find them to be comfortable (not overly), I can definitely see wearing them all day, very nice looking and I found them to be true to size.

This is a gorgeous, comfortable loafer -- returning because the size 7.5 was a bit too large and I'd prefer the heel to be a bit higher, but this is a beautiful and extremely comfortable shoe.

These are very cute and I found them to run big. I had to go down 1/2 size from my usual. They’re not super comfortable as in sneakers, but I find them to be comfortable for loafers, I’m happy with the purchase.

Fit was great, I really like the look of the shoes however, the sides fall down. I thought that was very strange.

Such a pretty loafer, with lovely details. But, for me, the length that wouldn’t slip off my heels would definitely be too narrow in toe box and likely too short. Sadly, going back.

Nice quality suede and style. I wear a 10.5, but took a chance and ordered a 10 after reading reviews that they run big. Unfortunately they were too small (they run true to size!).

I bought a 9 wide and they were perfect out of the box. Comfortable, cute and sturdy.

I love these shoes so much!! They are perfect for something in between sneakers and heels. I haven't taken them off since I first tried them on. They are surprisingly comfortable! The suede is soft and supple, but the sole is sturdy with just the right amount of stiffness. I was worried that they might be pinchy in the toes, because of the shape of the toe, but they are not tight at all across the front of my medium width foot. They definitely run large. I am always a size 9, and the 8.5 fits me perfectly. I can see that the heel might slip as they get broken in, but I can just add silicone heel grips.

My foot is wide in the toe/bunion area, so my big toe rubs a little. I will wear arch supports for walking all day, but these shoes are great, good looking and the suede is perfect. Overall, these are terrific shoes.

I have these in almond and black and I’m gonna order the Paloma. They are comfy and didn’t feel overly stiff. Easy to get on and off and the ball on bottom of the shoe has a rubber insert so no slip. Inside does have some padding. I can wear all day and be comfy. True to size.

These fit great, but the material was so lightweight I was concerned the shoes would not last! They are going back....

Wanted to love these shoes - they are super cute; however the heel slips badly when trying to walk in them (as others have noted). Had to return.

These are great looking shoes, but they were too flat and the footbed lacks structure, which doesn't work for me.

Cute shoes. I wanted them to work - tried two different sizes, insoles and heel pads, but my heels kept slipping out. These run large.

This loafer is super cute and stylish (as far as loafers go:), but my heels slipped out of the shoe and there's no lateral support (on inside of my arch)/ I have low arches, but this style and brand would work well for those with a higher instep and arch. I wish I didn't have to return these! The suede and the color is on trend and good looking!

Oh man! I LOVED the color and style of these shoes, but I couldn’t even get my foot half-way into the shoe. I bought a 10W which definitely did not feel like it. Had to send back.

Heel kept slipping off the back and I even went a half size smaller. Also it's a heavier shoe that I like to wear.
