Cute but I was not expecting them to be SO huge! They are HUGE

The stones are nice but the metal is a much darker grey than pictured (not a true silver) and I'm not fan of the color.

I assumed when purchasing these earrings they were silver plated or silver. My skin is beyond sensitive. Unscented , hypoallergenic everything and I can only where silver or gold. I've tried stainless steel which works till my ears swell over my ear. I tried twice to where them twice, then had to go to my doctor to cut a small incision in my as to drain the fluid from both ears. I have know idea what metal is used but it hits and it hits hard and fast. Literally 5 minutes goes by and my ears just start growing n growing, then I have to hurry up and unclip the earrings and wash them and dry them nice and shiny. You can't even tell they were ever worn..Again my apologies, Major Chrystal Prueter USAF

I wore the earrings twice and the post broke off on one of them. So disappointed

They arrived broken. I emailed Customer Service immediately and they said they would replace them and sent me a return label. A few days after I sent my return package, I got an email saying the product is out of stock and I would not be getting a replacement. If I had known, I would have kept the broken ones and try to fix them.

Thought I was purchasing oval shaped hoops but they are round hoops which don't hang well from my ears. Final sale so I can't return.

Cheap looking and feel. For $80 earrings I expected a bit more. Very costume jewelry like. Don't recommend.

These are very beautiful earrings. They are hard to clasp and it stabbed me when I tried. Very disappointed it didnt close properly, I don't wear bc of that

These earrings were my favorite but I dropped one on the floor and it broke. The stick on the earring broke off so it's not useable

One earring don't clasp properly very disappointing. But they are super cute

Beautiful earrings and I was so excited to get them. But the second time I wore them, the post snapped off as I was closing the clasp. So disappointing. I'm not hard on my jewelry so I was very surprised and disappointed.

Pretty. Not the brightest, most sparkly earrings I have but both are broken. The clasps are so weak the earrings fall off with a gush of wind

I loved them but they arrived broken and I had to return them and they didn't have any others to replace them with so I'm just getting a refund. Pretty disappointed but oh well.

I bought these because the style was so cute and different. The size is very large and thus heavy. Very disappointed.

I love Kate Spade because I love bows and hearts and this would have been a perfect earring to match with my Alexander Mc Queen pearl bracelet. I was so looking forward to "Grandma's closet hoops". But when they arrived, the heart was placed not vertically, as shown in the picture on the website, but horizontally. I can't expect a brand like Kate Spade to send out their customer a defective piece.

These earrings are of such poor quality- DO NOT BUY! The post broke off completely after wearing them only once. I could buy a pair of no-name earrings elsewhere, for half the cost and they would still last longer. So incredibly disappointed that Kate Spade would sell such a horribly crafted piece of jewelry. I'll definitely rethink buying from her again.

Bought these because they were on sale for around $30 compared to around $90, and I was so disjointed in them. They just look a lot cheaper in person and I wish I could return them. I can't believe what they were charging full price for them!!
